Our group had a great time at this property! There was plenty of room for everyone and the location was convenient for us.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for us while we were in town for a conference. It’s close to Old Town Arvada as well.

Property location was great for getting to Denver or getting to the local (echo) mountains for skiing without having to deal with Breckenridge type madness. House has a nice little "apartment" downstairs. This would be a great place for a family and a couple to share. The "apartment" has a kitchen of its own. We had a couple of issues that were addressed immediately by owner. The hot tube was fun, even in very cold weather. The cleaning crew could have done a little better before we arrived, other than that, everything was great. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen table was big enough for everyone. The neighborhood was quiet. We were in town for skiing, but if I were in town for an NFL or Baseball game, this would be a great location. The stadiums are a short drive. The airport is a short drive.

When we booked the property months and months ago, I didn’t plan on having a broken pelvis and elbow. So that made the split level multitude of stairs a bit challenging. But the location was perfect for our daughter’s wedding in Golden, the downstairs mini-suite was the perfect setup for the wedding party hair and makeup, and it was just what we needed. Management responded quickly to any questions. I would suggest leaving better instructions for TV and the heat/Echo thermostat

It was perfect for our family of 9 while here for a wedding. Close to Golden & Boulder area. Nice to have 2 living areas to spread people out. Had a couple of glitches but owner took immediate care of them. Be aware there is not a lot of extra space & no dressers in bedrooms but each bedroom has its own closet, so once you settle in, it’s not an issue.

Overall I'm very happy with how well this property worked out for me and my family. There are plenty of beds and a nice living room area. The tubs were a little clogged, but other than that I'm very happy with everything. Thank you!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! The house was not clean - dirty floors, tables, refrigerators, outdoor furniture, grill, several bags of trash inside. Bathrooms had hair in sinks and tub/showers. Blinds were all damaged. Hot tub did not work and was very dirty. Hot tub filter was filthy. Hall bathtub did not drain and was basically unusable because it would fill with several inches of water. I complained to the property manager numerous times in both voicemails and messages on the app. Initially the manager was apologetic and offered a partial refund (which he never actually gave us). I repeatedly requested that the hot tub be fixed. After 24 hours it was somewhat cleaned and worked but the filter remained dirty. When I again complained, the property manager stopped returning calls or messages. The hallway bathroom tub was never fixed. Additionally the air ventilation in the home is terrible and it was very hot inside the entire time. Near the end of our stay, I requested a partial refund (which was previously offered) and was met with a very rude, unprofessional response and name calling. He blamed me for being unreasonable for expecting the property to be clean and in working condition during their busiest time. I have rented on both this site and others. I have always had positive experiences and left glowing reviews. I have NEVER experienced anything like this. It was one issue after another. I am still shocked by the entire experience.

The house was amazing. We had everything we needed and more. This was our first time and the property was very quick to respond as i had many questions. We were very pleased with our trip and the location was perfect we were able to do Rocky Mountain National park, Colorado Springs, downtown Denver, an Astros game, the zoo and museum. All short drives from the house!

The property worked well for us. We gathered in Colorado to visit my 90+ year old parents. We had a problem getting into the home. We did not arrive until 11:30pm & the code did not work. It took 1/2 hour to 45 minutes to get a response from the property owner to wake up the door remotely. Definitely not 24/7 service. But we were told we would receive a 1 day refund which still has not 6 days now after check out. The home was not as clean as we expected, the owner did offer the next evening to send a cleaning representative to clean the home with us having to put our things away. I refused this offer as after 24 hours we had already made ourselves comfortable & did not want someone in the home. This home suited our needs extremely well as it was located 1 mile from my parents. Nice home, nice neighborhood.

We arrived and the location was fine. When we walked in we noticed the floors were disgusting and there was cobwebs everywhere. I went to vacuum and the vacuum didn’t work. After when i went to shower the entire bathtub filled with water cause the drain was clogged then i grabbed the rolled up towels provided and they were still damp and didn’t get fully dried in the dryer! We went to leave and couldn’t lock the door because the battery was dead. We reached out to the property contact and they sent someone to change the batteries in the lock. They failed to acknowledge the cleanliness of the home and that the vacuum didn’t work. When we let them know about the towels they responded with “put them in the dryer”. The beds were fine and accurate for the description. The windows may never have been washed and the back patio does not look like the pictures. I would expect that we would be taken care of because when it’s all said and done it was over 550/night. I would not recommend this place or property management companies other rentals.

Great property in a nice neighborhood with great neighbors. Lots of space with very comfortable beds.

We were in the Denver area for a baby shower and this Arvada house was perfectly located to sites to see in the area, to the Baby shower, to my son's house, to restaurants and shopping. The house was nicely decorated and had a good sized, well stocked kitchen. Our only complaint was it rained 4 days so we were unable to use the hot tub.

The house was clean and spacious. We had a great time there.

The place was clean but smaller than anticipated - plenty of bed space plus two pull-out couch beds, but the bedrooms were all pretty much on top of each other and noise carries! Even in the separate suite/bedroom section, noise from the main living room was crystal clear. Loved the kitchen table and the mural! Overall the house got the job done. My biggest issue with this place occurred on the afternoon we first arrived - one of the fire alarms/detectors upstairs was beeping every few minutes (welcome home!), we couldn’t find shampoo / soap for any of the showers, and we didn’t see even basic spices stocked in the kitchens. It felt very commercial / inconvenient for anyone traveling from out of town. I was unable to reach the housing manager. We were displeased that we had to leave the house after a long day of travel to acquire batteries and these basic amenities. It did turn out that there WERE bottles of toiletries in storage in the basement, and there WERE basic spices in a random kitchen cabinet out of sight, but not having the housing manager available when we needed him meant spending additional funds towards things we expected would have been provided.

Great property for a weekend get together. Extremely comfortable beds, loved the three bathrooms, and the place was truly fully stocked with whatever you need (shampoo, conditioner, kitchen utensils). I liked the neighborhood as well and proximity to everything. Would definitely book again.

I stayed here for my 30th birthday. The host was wonderful accommodating a respectful and quiet dinner party. The home is adorable and comfortable, the kitchen was perfect to cook in and relatively well stocked, and the hottub was clean and ready to use! Instructions were clear, host communication was phenomenal, and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay with a larger party. The neighborhood is quiet and there is plenty of parking! You could walk to Old Town, but it’s a little bit far in the cold.

This house was in a great location. Every space was spotlessly clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay.

It served our needs just fine.

Clean and well organized home. Amenities were great. Only concern was that the A/C didn't seem to keep up when full group was present - of course this was a hotter than normal summer.

Home is decorated nicely, loved the wall art! Spacious for 7 of us. All kitchenware /supplies you could possibly need, just bring the food! Comfortable beds. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub at nights. Nice quiet safe neighborhood. Estes Park, caves/ panning for gold, rafting, hiking & Rockies baseball games were activities close by for us to do. Mountain views all around were beautiful. Would definitely stay at this home again for family vacation.

Everything was very clean and the space accommodated us well as a big group. The location of the house was great, we enjoyed the neighborhood and the proximity to places we wanted to go in Denver.

The house was very cozy and well equipped. The communication was great and the Managment was very fast responding to all our needs. Definitely recommend.

My Sisters and I was beyond impressed by the home, clean and everything provide just as the home listing explained. Will be back. Beautiful State!!
