We’re done several family Christmas’ in Breck, and havr been to Breck many times over with friends. By far this is our favorite house ever. I’d buy it, if it was for sale. Everything about the house was perfect, except the switchback. It unfortunately did not snow the entire week at the house, but the driveway is a switchback, and three vehicles is the max you can have, with two parked in the garage. Three vehicles was easy, but you have to be patient turning your vehicle around near the garages.

One of our quest fell and sprained her ankle seriously and also fell and hit her head. It basically effected their week stay with us. Two others fell from the steps leading into the garage.I enjoy grilling and cook most of our meals are cooked on a outside grill. A grill needs to be heated to at least 500 degrees and I couldn’t get the temperature up to 300 degrees. This needs to be corrected.The only other suggestion that came from many of our family and quests were the low profile toilets and that the windows needed cleaning from the outside.

Wonderfull spacious and extremely well appointed hope with high quality finishes and exceptional spaces to converse, dine and generally enjoy each other's company. Very impressed with all the home had to offer. The pictures of the home look grand on the website and in real life, delivered beyond expectations. The only bummer part was the outdoor cooking experience is really nonexistent as the grill was simply a stand up Webber gas grill that wouldn't even heat up. I feel a home of this stature should have an outdoor kitchen or at least a high end Grill. That would be the one and only shortcoming. Every other aspect of the home was 5 star. The home was exceptionally clean and the furniture and bedding was superior. We hope to book again.

There were a few minor problems and Paragon responded quickly to see that those were resolved. We particularly liked the fact that there were three bedroom/bath areas with double sinks and plenty of bathrooms for the bunk room area. This was critical with both teenage boys and girls who want their own separate bathrooms. The views were amazing and our only disappointment was that there weren't larger outdoor areas for a table and chairs.

This property is beautiful... very spacious, great kitchen and awesome mountain views. However, there were some disappointments as well. We had no heat or hot water for the entire first night of our stay. That meant 50-60 degree temps inside... yikes! The management company sent out a maintenance guy but although he thought he knew how to remedy the situation, he did not. There were also several other issues (bad electrical breaker servicing kitchen, disgusting and stinky trash compactor, master shower drain clogged, grill uncovered and full of snow, hot tub headrests broken, garbage disposal not working, etc.). We have reserved many high end rental homes in the past so we expected a bit more. Perhaps the lack of readiness is related to COVID? Despite all of the little issues and the one big issue (no heat or hot water) we enjoyed the property. That being said, the management company did not offer any compensation for the main issue of freezing all night! Really?

What a lovely home with beautiful views. We were looking to get away and spend time as a family over the holiday. The home was beautifully decorated, had rooms for everyone and overlooked the Breckenridge slopes. It's conveniently located, just about 5 mins away from Breckenridge and about 15 mins from Keystone. At your Breck & Call had our groceries in place before we arrived -- great service! During COVID, we felt save, distanced from others, yet were able to enjoy the holiday!

Grace Manor was okay. The home is beautiful and grand, but there was a lot of dust in the basement so it seemed like there might not have been people there recently. We also had several nights of spiders that we bought Raid to kill. It definitely put a slightly negative impact on our trip. Who wants to go to a luxury home and kill black spiders every night? We unfortunately couldn’t get as comfortable as we were hoping. We are thankful to have worked with Gayle, as two of the other women we spoke with weren’t as professional. This is our honest review.

This house was perfect for our family of 10. The kitchen and living room were very spacious and comfortable, and the view of the mountain never got old. It was very convenient to town and the mountain, and the neighborhood overall was great minus the obnoxious neighbor who called within a minute to complain when the outdoor music accidentally went on Saturday afternoon. Our only complaint with the house was the WiFi. It basically didn’t work. Other than that, the furniture was large and comfortable, and the hot tub was exactly what we needed after a day on the slopes.

Everything was exceptional and wonderful wonderful with the exception of the hot tub maintenance company entering the home without letting us know. We do not think this would happen again though after notifying Paragon! Location was beautiful and home was great- we would definitely stay again. With two large families and kids the space was perfect! The kids enjoyed being inside and outside of the home and there was always something to do! Washer and dryer may need to be cleaned and serviced - didn’t seam to wash and clothes took 3 cycles to dry... but again that’s minor and can happen with age of washers and dryers. The view was outstanding and hard to beat for sure!!!! Would highly recommend this property!

I highly recommend this vacation rental and using Paragon Lodging for your rental needs in Breckinridge, CO. Paragon was super easy to work with and answered all of my questions quickly. They have numerous homes to rent for all of your needs. The Grace Manor was the specific home we rented. We had a group of 12 and this house was perfect for us. We had plenty of space to spread out and each have our own area. It is a beautiful home- nicely decorated- with big windows to enjoy the mountains. The kitchen is massive and has everything you might need. The house is approximately 5 min from town. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, poker table, and bar downstairs. I can't say it enough how much I highly recommend renting this home!

Our extended family of 13 thoroughly enjoyed staying at Grace Manor. The two living areas, one with a pool table, suited the needs of the group well. Cooking in the large, well-appointed kitchen was a pleasure and the open concept living/dining/kitchen allowed for plenty of interaction. Two cribs fit in walk-in closets, so babies had good rest and that made everyone's trip more enjoyable. If we had had a consistent internet connection, that would have been ideal. Several maintenance issues were not addressed after they were reported early in our stay.
