The house was a great size and in a great location for our party.

Was disappointed in pool and hot tub that we specifically rented for our family which was not clean, had a beehive and hotuv and pool temps were an issue. KKitchen not

the house was clean and pictures were accurate. lovely house. however, its listed (and still listed) that the house has air conditioning, but it does not. There were portable box fans, but it was 109 degrees outside, and inside the downstairs read 85 degrees, upstairs hotter. we opened windows and doors and the evenings were cooler, but beware, if you plan to be home during the day in the summer you will be very hot.

Out of town family came in to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday and we stayed at the Gardenia. The children enjoyed the pool and us adults the kitchen and large family table. A little far from town and the freeway, but in a quiet safe area.

The breaker box was breaking fuses every two minutes Two of the rooms were not usable The pool was dirty and was not swim able The house was dirty Fans did not work Had to get 3 hotel rooms because the house was not live able

Very nice house in a nice neighborhood in Sonoma county

We were in town for my sons wedding and shared that we had 2 sets of grandparents staying with us. We were not informed that the outdoor concrete stairs were not level and did not have a railing. My mom experienced a terrible fall on the stairs resulting in a severe concussion, large hematoma on her head and she broke her wrist, and has a chipped bone. A railing would have saved her from the fall. The “team” determined that the stairs are “fine”. They are not. I posting this for awareness only. Sad my my mom and dad missed the wedding and my mom was in the hospital our entire stay. She had surgery last week in Chicago after we arrived home. The property manager has not em reached out even once to inquire on how she is doing. Very sad and difficult time for our family. No accountability by the property owner or management company. The driveway is very steep, our car (Denali) did not fit in garage, therefore outdoor entry was the only option. The positives are that the home was clean and spacious for a large party. There are a lot of steps throughout the entire house. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the outdoor area…pool, hot tub, etc due to our circumstances (which was the main reason for booking this property). The outdoor area/activities would have been enjoyable.

A lovely property in a great location. Fit our group of 10 very comfortably. The house has a fantastic layout for our group that had various couples. House and property were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The outside spaces in the back of the house are fun and thought out well. While there are yard signs in the neighborhood about vacation rental properties, there is no hostility and we were more than comfortable. Great stay and would book again!
