Was a beautifully kept home with amazing views, catered to my family of 8 so perfectly.

the house was big and very spacious. great for a big family/group
the driveway was very steep. but a very minor inconvenience.

The garbage bin outside was completely filled and seems was not emptied from last 1 years.
The gas cylinder got emptied and switching to another one was not very convenient
The master bedroom bathroom taps were incorrectly installed as the hot n cold water were swapped.
The 2nd parking is inconvenient.

Fantastic space, great facilities. Everything you need it’s there. Great communication by the owner. Staying again next week as we are travelling through and back to Sydney

I can’t praise the property more. It is simply amazing! It looks like a place straight from Beverley Hills!
Not much I can complain about. Although the location is a little remote for my liking. But the property itself makes up for it.

This place is absolutely outstanding, from comfort to styling and cleanliness it really exceeded our expectations.
The photos do not do the property justice to how stunning it really is.
The host was available to answer a late night question we had without any delay and was able to very easily assist.
There is nothing at all that we could fault about this property.
It has clearly been extremely well thought out, and we would definitely stay here again whether it was with friends or family.

Everything was beautifully done and beyond expectations. We were all amazed at the space and quality. Cannot rate it high enough.
The noise from the 2 trains that went by are all we can come up with. Neither during sleep time, so no issue.

Such an awesome overnight accommodation at the coast. Couldn't of wished for anything more they had it all. Perfect for a family holiday at Coffs harbour!

Everything was perfect except that there was a very dirty pillow leaning on a small table next to the dining table

The cleanness of the place and all the convenient facility the location were perfect.
The parking space and the steepness which is awkward for a young family manoeuvring

The kitchen and living areas were amazing as was the master bedroom.
The vista from the main living areas was incredible.
There were no hand towels in the bathroom and no air conditioning in the bottom bedroom. Also, there is a significant difference between the master bedroom and bottom queen bedroom as the bottom room was very uncomfortable.
We were unable to get the blinds for the large glass windows to work.
Also, a dryer would be very helpful and a BBQ.
