Terrific house in a great location. Quiet, comfortable and full of all the amenities. So easy to have a group here of people who wanted to gather and cook and explore everything around the area. Beds were particularly comfy! Easy access to the parks and all in all a perfect set up!

Our family absolutely loved the home. It was the perfect layout for 6 adults and a 1(+) year old. The scenic drive from the property to Zion's main entrance every morning was absolutely breathtaking not to mention all the trails seen along the way. The beautiful East Mesa Trail to Observation Point (2,100 ft above Zion Canyon floor) is only a 10/15 min drive from the home. All communication between our family and the owners prior to and during our stay was flawless. All questions were answered quickly and my son ask for an item for the baby. During the 5 night stay we spent 3 full days in Zion and 1 day at Bryce (a must) since it was only 90 miles away. I plan to stay here again!

When planning our Utah National Park adventure, we selected this home due to the proximity to Zion and Bryce Canyon. The location is perfect. The pictures on the site are spot on. The kitchen is incredible and although we only cooked quick breakfasts, it was truly set up with all you need, including a very wide variety of spices and a pancake griddle! Our favorite part of the house was having three separate king bed en-suites. Our party of 3 found it ideal to have separate spaces to relax. The bathrooms are very luxury. Kraig and Logan have thought of everything. The property is truly beautiful and serene. We had a friendly deer stroll by the living room window on several occasions. My only negatives for our stay were having absolutely no cell service in the house and the distance from good restaurants. Neither of these are a reflection on the house or the owners! The WiFi worked perfectly, so we stayed connected. As for the distance, I’ve traveled to Utah before and absolutely know that a lot of driving is part of the adventure. Just adding here for awareness. Favorite restaurants: Rocking V Cafe and Wild Thyme Cafe, both in Kanab. Favorite excursions: Bryce Canyon Navajo/Queens Garden Loop trail and ROAM Peekaboo slot canyon/ Grand Chamber UTV tour. Both provided the most awe-inspiring views! Thank you Kraig and Logan for providing a wonderful home for our family to enjoy the area!

This place is all anyone could want. In was clean an in a very good neighborhood with easy access to Zion and Bryce Canyon. Very nice on the inside with all modern conveniences ( Beautiful decor) Also has a great place to eat at Zion Ponderosa along with activities. Watched deer from the family room pass by every day very quiet and peaceful. Very friendly folks. I can’t say enough about this place except we’ll be back. Thank you very much to our hosts for a great stay!!

We rented the house for a family spring break trip. With five adults and two kids, the three bedrooms and bathrooms let everyone have their own space. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking all our meals with a large fridge and pantry space for food for the week. You will want to stock up on your groceries before you drive to east Zion (we shopped Costco and Albertson’s in St. George). Communication with Kraig & Logan was great from initial booking all the way through our week in the house. The resort has a fun putting course and other activities. This house was a perfect base of operations for day trips into Zion NP (go early to get parking and shorter lines for the shuttle) and one day trip to Bryce Canyon. A beautiful place to stay in a beautiful part of the world.

Beautiful new home, immaculate, comfortable. Perfect for groups, family reunions, etc. Close to Zion and so relaxing to come back to after a long day hiking. Large common area, well appointed kitchen and so easy to make meals and relax after Zion or Bryce.

Beautiful house on the East side of Zion. They just got 2 feet of snow so it was a winter wonderland. We also saw lots of deer in the neighbourhood. I would definitely come back.

I own a small company and brought my assistants and their husbands for a weekend retreat. The home is spotless! The 3 rooms each w their own bathroom fit our group perfectly!! Every need was taken care of. The caretakers even plowed the driveway as it had fresh snow. The Ponderosa amenities were fun and a close restaurant was delicious!! We are excited to stay here again sometime.

We stayed at Craig and Logan’s house over thanksgiving week and absolutely loved it. We had 6 adults and a two year old and 10 month old and everyone was very comfortable. The house had a pack n plan, high chair, and kids plates for the baby. The house is immaculate and very comfortable. We loved having king beds and a bathroom for everyone. The living area was very comfortable as well. The house is on the east side of Zion and it is a 45 min drive to main visitors center with the shuttles, but you get to see the whole park on your drive. The east visitors center doesn’t have as long of lines as the south one so it was very easy for us to get to the park. There are several fun hikes closer to the east entrance that we did also and they were super accessible from the house. We also went to Bryce one day which was a beautiful 90 min drive. There are a few restaurants around and we went to the ponderosa ranch to eat one night but we mostly brought food and groceries and ate at the house. It snowed one day we were there and it was gorgeous to see from the big windows in the living room and we saw several deer outside the window that day. We didn’t realize from the description that the hot tub isn’t in the property but it wasn’t an issue for us. Also Verizon doesn’t have the best service at the house but the WiFi is excellent. The hosts were amazing with very prompt responses and very helpful and accommodating. We had such a fun week and would definitely stay here again!!

Loved the house and the area. It was amazing! The only think I didn't like is the house work I had to do at check out. With all the fees I don't feel like I should have to strip the beds, start the dishwasher and put all the towels in the laundry room. It was a little too much for me. But was great and would definitely stay here again.

The house was as advertised! Great location to the Ponderosa Ranch. We hiked everyday. Amazing sanctuary to come back to each day. Really good communication with the owners. If we come back to Zion we will definitely stay here.

My husband and I and another couple that are close friends, frequently stay in vacation rentals. This home initially caught our eye as we want dual master suites. We also closely look at the living furniture so we can each have a corner of a couch or very comfortable chair for all. This home checked those boxes too. Next we want a gas fire place, which this home had. The setting is serene. From the driveway, to the fixtures, back splash and stone walk in showers; this home will make you feel spoiled. The host responded immediately when we had a battery/remote need. They arrived within 15 minutes. It’s a beautiful home.

This house was so pretty! Great setup for 2 families. 3 bedrooms & each with its own bathroom. Cute den for kids playing or adult talking/reading. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great location between Zion & Bryce. A great amenities center just down the road. We both walked & drove to it. We also used the trail to watch sunset one night.

The property was beautiful, next to Ponderosa Ranch which offered great amenities. It is close to the east entrance of Zion National park, but is a bit far from the west entrance which is about a 40-45 minute drive, and where all access (shuttles and visitor center) to the park are at. However the drive is very scenic and worth it. Very attentive hosts.

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was away from crowded areas but still easy to get to Zion and Bryce Canyon. Beautiful Peaceful Home.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this vacation rental in Zion National Park from June 2 to June 6, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience. The home was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room for our group. Its convenient location outside the park allowed for easy access to the stunning scenic hikes that Zion has to offer. The beauty of the surroundings was truly captivating, and being able to step out of the house and immerse ourselves in nature was a remarkable experience. I would highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Zion National Park.

The home is great, well equipped kitchen, all appliances in good working order, comfortable and clean. Proximity to Zion (2 miles to the gate) is unbeatable. Bryce Canyon is an easy drive on good roads.

Property was outstanding and was ideal for our party of three couples with en suite bedrooms and all kitchen facilities you could require. Location was great for hiking on the East Rim of Zion which was very pleasant and a lot quieter than the park.

The property was very nice. The inside was very clean and had everything we needed. The owners were also very friendly and came to plow our driveway every morning since it snowed all night! We had a lot of privacy. It’s about a 45 minute drive down the mountain to go to Zion. Would recommend.

We stayed for a week and split time between Zion and Bryce, this house was perfect! The home was beautiful and very clean, great location between the parks.

We had an excellent stay and loved the breathtaking drive from the residence to the main entrance of Zion. Our weather was rainy and cold, so we loved coming “home” to a fireplace and washer and dryer to clean up our wet clothes for our next hiking adventure. Our family of four loved our stay and agree with other reviewers that the pictures don’t do the property justice.
