In the city for a swim meet, so it was wonderful to have a home away from the pool for three days. Everything was as described, with plenty of room for the four of us. Warm and welcoming, we were all extremely comfortable here. Didn’t get to make use of the deck, unfortunately, but we would happily return when we’re back in Saint John!

This property is as close to the good stuff as you are going to find. Great house, clean property, and very comfortable for our stay.

We loved that this apartment was centrally located to all we wanted to do in and around St. John. It was very clean and inviting. The hosts were available and very attentive. They surprised us with cookies and a variety of beverages. They also provided several handy items like warm robes, a cooler and umbrella, if needed. The beds had pretty linens and there was Wi-Fi and streaming available. We enjoyed their deck in the evening. We would come back again, if ever in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It is very clean and a great place to unwind after a busy day exploring Saint John, St. Andrews and many other sites in New Brunswick. Catherine was a great source for restaurants, bakeries and other local gems. She welcomed us at the property and we were pleasantly surprised to find fresh strawberries and donuts awaiting in the kitchen. The location is fantastic as it is a short walk to the City Market and waterfront with highway access a few minutes away.

It was a great place, everything seen in the pictures is provided. Dishes, glassware, cooking needs are all provided and clean. Nice verity of games in the living room. Communication with the owners was so easy any questions we had was answered very quickly and very friendly. Close to uptown area (walking distance) lots of restaurants around the area. Roof top deck was very nice for a relaxing night outside. Stores (Walmart No Frills) within 5-10 minute drive away.

We fell in love with this beautiful location. The unit was so beautifully decorated and you could tell there was a lot of thought and care that went into decorating. The deck is stunning! Gifts left by the owner made the stay even more special. We loved every second spent there and we really do hope to be able to return. The location of the unit was perfect! We were able to walk to a lot of the destinations on our to do list. I cannot recommend enough! You will not regret choosing this location!

Close to market. A lot of space in living room. Games and some toys were a nice touch.

Matt was a gracious host. Met us at checkin and was available throughout our stay. We loved the private patio: had dinner and drinks out there. The location was perfect: walking distance to the waterfront and city market. One morning was raining but there were plenty of board games/puzzles to pass the time. I did not see a washer/dryer but maybe that was in a separate unit. Great stay in Saint John!

We had an excellent stay! Traveling with two couples there was ample room here to not feel on top of each other with an exceptionally large dining/living room. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking including spices, a Keurig with coffee pods and several choices of tea - there is no dishwasher so the dishes are only as clean as the previous guests leave them (we needed to wash a few things before use). The bedrooms were a good size - the only downfall was that the mattresses are starting to show their age with several significant dips. The outside area is fantastic for morning coffee or afternoon wine and is well taken care of - with many plants and a welcoming feeling. The owner was easy to connect with and even left welcome drinks. With respect to location the area cannot be be beat for exploring the city and we felt safe going out after dark.

My friends and I went to Saint John for the weekend and this place was perfect. It was walking distance to everything uptown, cozy, and the patio is a very nice touch. Catherine and Matt were extremely accommodating and thought of everything. They had everything we needed for the weekend and more. Any questions we had, they responded within the hour. Amazing hosts and a beautiful place. A must stay if anyone is looking to stay in town.

We loved everything about this property. Matt was a fantastic host. The apartment is an easy walk to downtown. It was bright, clean and spacious. The rooftop deck was awesome. The amenities were very high end. We could not have been happier.

The Apartment is quite lovely. All amenities were readily available. We were treated to a welcoming gift and card which gave us some suggestions for outings. Catherine was quite lovely on check in and check out was equally as easy. The rooftop patio was a great place to rest in evenings after busy days walking the hills of Saint John. This property was just darling - and so thoughtfully put together with many little extras to make it feel like home. I especially loved the high end linens, toiletries, super well equipped kitchen, and rooftop deck. There was lots of space to spread out and the hosts made us feel welcome, and were friendly and responsive. Would totally stay again!

We had a great stay! The apartment is so cozy and charming. Check in was seamless and communication with Matt and Catherine great. The location is perfect if you are looking for easy access to uptown restaurants and the boardwalk. I would definitely stay here again!

Matt met us at the door and showed us parking and the unit. They did a wonderful job of updating the apartment which had everything that was needed. The rooftop patio was charming. We were a little wary of the neighborhood when we pulled up, but Matt assured us it was safe, and indeed, it was. Don't let the outside of the building put you off. It was easy walking distance to the downtown. All in all a great stay. Thanks Matt.

Spacious, conveniently located third floor walk-up with two bedrooms, great living space, and tasteful decor and amenities. Friendly owners live on site and greeted us with a bottle of wine. Full kitchen, well-supplied, plus a roof deck. Great location: two blocks from the City Market, and only a few blocks from historical sites and the waterfront, including Market Square. Parking was available on site, so we parked and walked to the harbor, restaurants, and theatre during our stay. We highly recommend this property if stairs are not an issue.

We had a wonderful stay in this property. The hosts are so nice and their baby is so cute. Welcome wine and card were offered which gave us surprise! The rooms are clean and in order, and we were still asked what we need. We will stay in this property when we back next time.

This property was ideal to use as a base to tour around St. John. Close to market, historic walks, & waterfront. Owners have nicely decorated and furnished the property. Nice and clean. Very spacious rooms. We were two retired couples staying there. Just as mentioned in the description, there are two sets of stairs to access the unit, but it was fine for us. Patio is ideal to relax in evening after touring around. Kitchen is well stocked with amenities for the stay. Owners are easy to to communicate with and respond quickly. They even had a welcome note and treats for us. Very much appreciated after the drive to the area. Would definitely stay here again on another trip!

As stated, close to everything uptown. The two bedroom was large and the roof top patio was a very nice touch. We would definitely stay again if in Saint John! Catherine and Matt were very easy to communicate with.

This apartment was perfect for us. The hosts are the nicest most welcoming people I’ve met. Our flight was delayed and we arrived late but Catherine made us feel like it was no problem and even left us snacks and pizza in case we were hungry due to our delay. The location uptown is just up from the city market so easy to walk to all the restaurants and pubs. The living room and bedrooms are large and comfortable. The patio out the kitchen door was so cute. We spent a lot of time out there enjoying the nice weather. The apartment has everything you need even games and books. I would definitely rent this apartment again and recommend it to my friends. Thank you Catherine and family we really enjoyed ourselves.
