Perfect place for us.

Location was perfect. Short walk to beach and super close to my parents house. Plenty of space for our family of 5 and the house was stocked with everything you could need for a stay.

This rental is exactly as described and pictured. The pool was very nice and warm. The beach is a very short walk. The house is nice and was perfect for our family. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and spacious property close to a beautiful beach.

This home is located directly across the street to the ocean. During our entire stay, there were very few people on the beach .. in addition the inground pool at the house was delightful!!!!

I loved this house, the pool, the beach, Vero and the quiet. Just perfect.

We enjoyed this house so much. Beautifully decorated and so relaxing. The place was clean and everything you would need was there. There were even 2 dog bowls, a big fluffy dog bed and a doggie door in the lanai. Mark even made sure a mixer was there for our arrival. We would come back anytime!

House is in a great location, easy beach access, safe and friendly neighborhood. Martin was very accessible . Can hear traffic noise during the day but was quiet at night. Pool was clean and well taken care of. Would definitely stay again

We had a great time. The house was clean and everything was in working order. The kitchen was well stocked and the pool was clean. The host was a great communicator.

We booked this somewhat last minute for a 2 night stay to visit Vero Beach. It was very comfortable and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Great location, too. Thank you!

My husband and I booked this place for our honeymoon. We were a little skeptical at first because he didn't have any reviews since it was a new place. Martin was super awesome though. He even went to the beach and sent us a video of the water when we booked it. We got there and the place was beautiful and so clean. So clean that my husband and I both walked into the door to go outside on two separate occasions because it looked like it was open because it was so clean lol!! There was a card for us there as well congratulating us on our marriage. He checked in with us to make sure we checked in alright. The pool was such a great thing to have because there was a hurricane that came through while we were there. Martin even offered to give us one additional night for free since that took away a couple beach days. We was such a great host and the place was amazing. The beach is just across the street so the location is excellent. My husband and I plan on coming back here!!

So my wife and I reserved this property for a short stay at Vero Beach. We usually come here twice a year as we love the area. Normally we stay at a beachfront hotel in town but decided to try a VRBO house rental this time. I don't usually leave reviews but feel compelled to this time. First the good. The owner was nice and easy to communicate with. He let us check in about an hour and half early as we arrived early and the house was ready. The location is good, just a short walk to the beach. The property is pet friendly which is one reason why we chose it. The owner left us a friendly note on the counter at check in and a couple of treats for our two Westies. Now for the bad. We had read several previous reviews that said the place was clean and well kept. This is another reason why we chose it. Unfortunately nothing could be further from the truth. I've stayed at a lot of VRBOs over the years, and this was by far among the most unclean places ever. I understand when a place is older and gets a lot of vacation beach traffic. I But it really looks like this place hadn't hasn't a deep clean in years. I could go into detail but would honestly take too long. I don't want to be negative, just warning other renters. The location is good, but don't expect too much in the way of updated furnishings and cleanliness.

This is perfect house and location for a vacation. The walk to the private beach is only two minutes. The house is very comfortable, the pool is heated and the fenced in back yard was great for pets.

My husband and l wanted to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary in a special place. We certainly picked the perfect place. We fell in love with Martin's vacation rental when we stepped in the door. It was beautiful! Also relaxing, VERY clean, completely stocked and overall just plain relaxing. The walk to the ocean was so easy. The neighborhood was absolutely enchanting!! He had everything you need for the ocean in the garage. Bikes for a nice bakeries, boogie boards.towels. The pool and pool area was very clean and warm. Everything was amazing! He even had a very warm welcome and happy anniversary note waiting for us upon our arral. We thank you for that, Martin. We hope very much that we'll be able to return there. We were 4 women and 2 dogs and loved this property. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment, the bedrooms were as listed, and the pool was great fun. It was an easy and short walk to the beach. The place was very clean except for a few corners and behind the bed in the "children's room." And it was outstanding that they allowed our dogs to be with us too. Definitely recommend.

We all enjoyed our stay at this home. It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the inlet to go fish. Pool was awesome and the beds were all comfortable and the place was clean. Thanks Martin for your hospitality.

I could not say enough good things about our stay. The location was perfect; private and walking distance to the beach. The home was beautiful and comfortable. Martin was very accommodating and everything was stress free and simple. We will be staying here regularly!

The property was clean and the owner was very helpful with questions. They have everything you need for a stay ! The walk to the beach was easy and close . The pool is the perfect size. We have already booked the home for next years vacation.

We loved this place and would definitely book again. It was clean and nicely decorated. Pets are welcomed but I didn’t see any pet hair, it was very clean. The pool has a screen around it so we lounged in the pool in the evening and it was glorious. It is very close to a private beach that was beautiful and had few people which was nice. It’s just a quick few minute walk to the beach. The owner was helpful and responded quickly.

We had a great time spending a week at Martin's property! The house is very well appointed, clean, bright and has a very cute costal decor.. we took our cat with us and he enjoyed the enclosed outdoor pool area very much while we enjoyed the pool. Martin was very helpful and always there for us if we had a question. We could not have been happier. Side note: the master bedroom is located on the A1A side, in case you are quite noise sensitive, you may want to sleep in one of the very cute and very comfortable guest bedrooms. The noise from the road did not bother us. The master bedroom is very comfortable and spacious. The location is amazing, 2 minutes from the beach (just cross A1A and a couple of houses down is the beach), 5 minutes from the Jungle Trail (Must do), and the neighborhood is the cutest of all (sandy roads, lush vegetation, old FL oak trees, etc.) !!!All in all a most excellent stay!!!! Thank you Martin for opening up your house to us!!!!!!

Easy walk to the beach. The pool and screened outdoor area was a wonderful place to relax and watch the kids in the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were as advertised. The pool was warm and inviting. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Every resident we encountered was friendly. The private beach access is a short walk. The beach was super clean and uncrowded. If you are looking for a relaxed setting, this rental fits the bill.

My husband, our friends, and I had a wonderful time here. The house was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly well-stocked. It had everything we needed for a perfect beach week and we came home relaxed and rejuvenated. Poor was sparkling and clean, beds very comfortable. We didn’t wind up bringing our dog, but everything a dog would need was available, but the house was still impeccably clean. We couldn’t have been more pleased!

This home suited our family and dog perfectly. Martin was super helpful. We LOVED the private beach; it was a short peaceful walk. Home comes with beach c hairs & umbrellas and two beach bikes. We really enjoyed the pool, beds are super comfortable, well-equipped kitchen. We would highly recommend!

Everything was just great. My kid, my dog, my wife... we all loved the house! It's very comfortable, well equipped, 3 min. walk to the beach, a very peaceful neighborhood.
