If you call Tim Horton's Doughnuts eating but all good! The Edward is amazing it is the second time I have stayed here. It is quiet clean and unlike any hotel I have ever stayed in and will definitely be back!

The only complaint I have is in the Puritan room the large windows over the bed made it hard to sleep in!!

Room was updated and clean. Check in was a breeze. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Great value. We loved it.

We were freezing at night and had to sleep with our winter coats over top of us. We didn’t reach out to the hotel for help so it’s very possible they would have been able to rectify it, we were just tired and wanted to sleep.

Really comfortable bed in eccentrically decorated room. Helpful communication via WhatsApp from staff. Parking available in a small car park on the property - they provide a parking pass.

Everything about this place was pleasant, clean, beautiful.

Zero insulation between first & second floor. It literally sounded like the people upstairs were going to crash through the ceiling. Woke us up even.

Very quaint, absolutely gorgeous room, large fireplace, huge shower with rainfall head, even LED lights around the headboard!

Parking is a little sparse but really wasn’t bad at all.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Room service was fast and great.

Maybe a bit more expensive for it's location and amenities.

The Room - Beautiful, comfortable, stylish, elegant, modern, timeless. The suite was a single bedroom with a queen sized bed, a sitting area with two settees, a small bar with sink, and a working gas fireplace - very cozy. The Bathroom - standing shower, modern design, rainfall shower head (not enough pressure in this style for my taste).

The Parking Lot - with enough space for at least six vehicles, the lot should have been large enough to accommodate a guest in every room. The street parking around the building was all taken for blocks around. Because the staff neglected to shovel the driveway after it had been plowed, the guests that arrived before me had taken up most of the available space in the lot. So before I could even go up to my room, I had to shovel my own parking space next to the garage (which I came to find out was empty and would have bene a perfect spot for my vehicle). Between other guests being thoughtlessly inconsiderate with their parking, and the lack-luster snow removal by staff, I spent nearly two hours shoveling frozen heavy snow and ice from two, not one but two, parking spots as when I returned from running to Wegmans, my spot had been taken by another guest...You're welcome :) The Flexibility - The staff failed to accommodate even the smallest requests for more towels and pillows. They also were not very considerate about late checkout, even though I had only arrived at 11PM...they would only permit a 30-minute extension before I incurred a charge of $75.00/hour should I need more time.

Comfortable bed. Large room. Fireplace. Easy self check in/out.

Limited parking. No ‘typical outside the room’ hotel amenities IE Pool, fitness room, etc. 10AM check out
