Room was quite normal, facilities were also normal, looked like hotel room

The Orbi building itself is horrible, getting there is very hard, parking is almost impossible to find, you have to wait about 30 minutes for the elevator (during the peak season) very crowd reception, beach in front is always full. around is ongoing constructive work so it's noisy and dusty. we had check-in at 2:00pm but couldn't get into property until 5:30pm due to the busy cleaning service and technical problem with the keys, so we lost 1 day at the beach due to this. Hosts tried their best but spending your vacation at this place isn't worth the money because everything around is so uncomfortable and chaotic. instead of rest you receive lines, queues and disappointment

Overall apartment was clean and had all needed appliances. Location was good, close to beach.

Bedroom was lacking curtains (you realize it once sun hits you in the morning) Bed was making noise on every little move. When we used sofa bed we found some food pieces. TV remote didn’t have working batteries.

The room was nice.

Noisy construction under the building; impossible to enter the elevator; not friendly reception desk; no AC in corridors, hot and little air; very crowded.
