The host was very welcoming and friendly. I asked if I could leave my luggage there after check-out and it wasn't a problem. The property location was great.

I enjoyed the courtyard. Drinking my morning coffee. Very close to all tourist attractions.Staff were all very nice.

The fan was too noisy.The sound of a jet plane.very tiny room with no cupboard space.

- The room was extremely small, there was no proper window, just a very small one above the door which didnt help at at to get some air in the room. Because there was no air moving in the room it was so HOT - not possible to stay inside the room without having the fan on. But the fan is facing towards the bed so if you get up from the bed you start sweating immediately. The fan was also making very loud noise which might affect is you're bothered by noises easily. This was the most expensive hostel that we have stayed in Colombia and price-quality the worst one. - No hot water, but because Cartagena is so hot it was not a big issue - Since it's not possible to flush down the paper from the toilet it would have been nice to get the garbage bin emptied at least once during the three days that we spent

The staff were helpful when my tour was late

There was only one toilet (that didn’t have a toilet seat) and one shower for all of the guests. The toilet was often occupied which wasn’t ideal for my boyfriend who had an upset stomach. The shower was cold.

The hostel was in a great location close to restaurants and bars, the room was a good size and comfortable.

Breakfast at the property was not good at all and no hot water in the showers.

the fan was super loud and really strong. there was no remote to adjust the speed. bathroom is very basic and wasn’t well cleaned

From day one the staff made us feel welcome and it was something we didn't miss a single day of our stay. Their willingness and energy is very difficult to find in other places. The location also helped us a lot because you can work and even have meetings without worrying about interruptions or noise. We loved the breakfasts as well. If I go back to Cartagena I would not look for another place to stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, right by Getsemini where a lot was going on. Room back from street so not too loud at night. Good free brekky and nice courtyard to hang out in.

Room got quite hot, only had a fan. Quite often the shared toilet would have no toilet paper.

at night they were not really checking if I was staying at the hostel or not so remember to bring your lock

Breakfast was good, they provided complimentary coffee, fruit, and arepas with eggs and cheese.

The room gets very hot in the afternoon. Sometimes the fan is not enough to cool down the room.
