i liked nothing about the experience

everything when we arrived the street was awful and broken windows in nearby house 2 doors away ,we couldnt get in at agreed time and after contacting the owner to be told we had been double booked ,when we were due to go to a wedding at the castle about an hour later ,so we then had to find another property .the money had been taken out of out account 1 week ago so beware when trying to book this property

The host was absolutely fantastic 👏 apartment was gorgeous! Great communication from the host regarding check in and linen change!

Fantastic location for exploring Warwick. The townhouse itself is beautiful, unbelievable attention to detail immaculately clean. Couldn't ask for any more. Highly recommended for a stay here. Just parked the car for the weekend and enjoyed all the local restaurants and places of interest... like the amazing Warwick castle.

The house needs a bath. The floor and stairs needs some repair too much noise near the downstairs radiator.

Lack of parking in the area, though parking permit supplied which allowed parking a couple of streets away.

The bed was possibly the worst we have ever slept on. So unfortunate as everything else in the house was very nice. So uncomfortable I left with a bad back. Could feel the springs coming through, so soft I actually thought it was a water bed at first. Every time my partner would move in the bed it was wake me up as it was so unstable and soft/squeaky. Also the bedding was so thick ended up feeling too hot all night

Breakfast N/A location very convenient to walk into Town and free parking outside, provided a space could be found, in residents parking zone.

Only thing was the double bed mattress was far too soft and springy for our comfort. No complaints at all about anything else - it was a really nicely refurbished house and had everything we needed.

Had a lovely few days, the house is beautifully decorated a real home from home. The house was very clean. Lovely welcome basket and hosts. Nice to sit in the small courtyard and enjoy a cuppa after exploring the area. Great to have the use of a car park permit to use during our stay, which we managed to park in the next street nearby. We never used the car during our stay as you can walk to Warwick Castle and into town. Good choice of restaurants & takeaways nearby. We would certainly stay here again. Thank you both.

Just a couple of suggestions - Would have liked a blind in the bathroom., as every window in the house has one except the bathroom. Also the welcome basket is a lovely, but would be nice to find some fresh Milk in the fridge, save going to the shops as soon as you arrive.

the only very small negative about the property was the water pressure in the shower was quite weak, so not ideal for a hair wash!

Fab location, within walking distance to castle and town centre. Beautifully decorated, well thought out, super comfortable. Lovely welcome pack. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Had a lovely short break at this beautiful cottage 5 minute Walk into Warwick.. It is a stunning renovation and the owner has put a lot of thought into everything you may need and answered any queries promptly. The added extras of wine, snacks and some dog biscuits were very much appreciated. I would highly recommend it, for a break in Warwick /Stratford Upon Avon.

Bit of traffic noise from main road and mattress a bit soft but otherwise we enjoyed our stay

Excellent furnishing and fittings! As pictured on booking.com and great location for cafes and shops. Free parking was easy on the main road.

Creaky floorboards in bedroom

Location was perfect for visiting our daughter two minutes away.

Clearer instructions for opening the front door and for controlling the heating.
