An option for a pool that didn’t just cater to children … I do think the pool was nice though.

The view from the gulf side is fabulous !!! The pool is great ! The staff is very friendly & helpful ! Located within walking distance of most anything you want. The rooms are very nice. The air conditioning is cold & the water is hot. Everything else is clean & shiny !

A person would have to hunt long & hard to find something to complain about here.

Bad cleaning every day was same breakfast and so big problem with umbrellas too later allow the use of sunbeds

Everything was clean and the food was great ! Pool area was fun and offered shade from the sun. And the beach access was convenient!

They did not disclose that there was a deposit for incidentals upon arrival and they didn’t want to accept my CHIME bank card .

The fact that they only do room cleaning every other day of my stay. I would prefer to have our room clean every day and new towels and sheets

Freundlicher Empfang, Einchecken ging etwas lang. Sehr schönes Eckzimmer mit Sitzecke. Balkon mit bequemen Stühlen zum Verweilen und zum Geniessen der Beachfront. Sehr schöne Poolanlage. Das Frühstück war das beste auf unserer 30-tägigen Rundreise und im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen. Parkhaus steht auf der anderen Strassenseite zur Verfügung. Das ganze Haus ist in Top Zustand, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Direkter Zugang zum Meer (ohne Strasse dazwischen).

The rooms were so clean and always stocked with what we needed. The beds were so comfortable, I almost preferred them over my own bed! Breakfast was hot and tasted fantastic. It was a 2 minute walk out to the beach. Staff were so friendly and accommodated to our needs. Checkout and checkin was smooth. We even had chairs set aside just for guests that prevented us from having to carry chairs and an umbrella back and forth to the pool.

Parking was kind of a hefty walk carrying luggage back and forth.

The resort fee was to high for what you had to offer. I booked a king size bed online and recieved a 2 queen room. The grits during breakfast were awful... and the resort dee was too high for the hotel had to offer

I wish there had been a deeper end to their pool, but that is just a person preference.

Hotel room was not clean(this includes bathroom and the headboards) which were obviously not cleaned. The sponge in the kitchenette sink was a used one.

The location and room were so great here. We also really enjoyed the restaurant. We ate there more frequently than we expected because the dishes were great!

When we first checked in the front staff didn’t give clear directions on how to use the luggage carts. I had a pregnant friend who was as so frustrated and help wasn’t offered until after they noticed she was expecting.

There were so many guest there with dogs. I understand the love people have for their pets but, not everyone likes dogs. The floor I stayed on had dogs barking all the time and I also ran into a few people who dogs seemed to be aggressive toward strangers. One tried to leap toward us and growled and barked loudly at my husband an I as we were walking to the elevators. This is an extremely nice hotel and we asked the front desk if animals were allowed on every floor and we were told yes. I think this should be changed. As a guest spending money I should be able to enjoy a floor without animals

Across the street parking and having to watch for traffic. An overhead pass that crosses the street would make this property a 10! The parking deck is a little scary when it’s dark.
