I am so happy with my stay at bayside. I started by booking 5 night but ended up staying a month. As a single traveler it is a perfect place to meet new people and friends. There is a movie area and a pool area so people gather there. Kitchen is nice! And if you need some space alone there is couches located throughout the three floors. The location is perfect. Tram and buss just outside and a 20 min walk to the beach. Perfect!

Staff was really helpful, kitchen is big and plenty of space for food storage, common area is really nice. Would recommend this hostel to anyone.

A great place that sadly has been destroyed by the manager. Beware Booking Bayside: The manager Ellie would fraudulently fine guests as she pleased. Ellie threw guests personal belongings out as they were on an air conditioner over $250 worth of after shaves, deodorants, then charged their credit cards $50 as a fine. Which breaks many laws.

The 'so called'' manager Ellie, her disgraceful customer interactions were nothing short of rude & obnoxious. Often you would hear her enormously large thunderous thighs storming up and the halls, entering rooms as she pleased, with no regard for paying guests.

Estaba todo sucio y desordenado siempre, por ejemplo, la cocina le faltaban implementos, los paños que habían estaban súper sucios, se notaba que en las tardes no había personal de aseo. Constantemente en el baño faltaba papel higiénico. La pieza olía pésimo, no se ventilaba, y vi cuando fueron a cambiar sábanas, que solo cambiaron la sábana de la almohada y la frazada pero no cambiaron la sábana del colchón, lo que me pareció asqueroso y cuando fui a comentarle a la recepcionista, me dijo que había sido ella.

il posto si trova in un posto davvero comodo per raggiungere i diversi punti di interesse, i locali sono ampi e pieni di possibilità, le persone conosciute nella struttura tutte molto tranquille e amichevoli. i bagni ampi e con diverse cose che sono state apprezzate

la pulizia forse può migliorare e non si capisce se i letti vengono cambiati regolarmente ogni volta che un ospite cambia (spero di si).

I liked the art throughout the hostel

Arriving to a dirty room after traveling international and having to sleep on a dirty floor. Informing staff in the morning and being told I would get a refund only to not.. and have no one answer my multiple emails and enquires in to it. Cleaners not cleaning facilities till late in the afternoon. The bathrooms floors covered in hair and water (nothing provided to prevent slips, clean excess water away or anything dry to stand on. The apathetic staff.
