We were very happy staying here and would recommend it for large groups. Bellevue is a nice suburb of Seattle, and the drive to downtown took about 1/2 hour. We utilized the backyard and cooked many meals in the well stocked kitchen.

It was a great property for families. Good location. Nice furniture as well.

Awesome place. Everything we needed for our family of five to be very comfortable. The back yard is very quiet and peaceful with a nice table under a covered patio. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We'll definitely rent this home again and highly recommend.

We were attending a family gathering at Vasa Park on Lake Sammamish. We had a partial view of the lake from the Living room. The house was modern and well maintained. The only negative was that half our party could not enjoy the house because of Covid.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is nicely renovated/updated with a cute backyard and patio seating. It took a few days right before check-in for the owner to respond to two emails and a phone call from us regarding check-in/door codes which created a bit of stress for us initially. The cleaning person was still there upon check-in at 3:00 pm so we went to the grocery store to grab a few things. The kitchen needs a few cutting boards, a wine opener and larger cups for coffee. There is a Keurig coffee maker and an electric water kettle for tea. The interior stairs and stairs to the exterior entrance would benefit from railings to assist in safety for going up & down. The main floor master bedroom didn't seem to have a AC/heat vent that we could locate, which made that room a bit warm in the evenings. The basement bedroom is much cooler (as another guest noted). There were no notes or general information in the home regarding check-out instructions so we did what we usually do when leaving a VRBO: stripped sheets, took out trash, started dishwasher, tidied up, etc. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, the home is in a central location close to everything, the neighborhood is quiet and this home has five bedrooms to accommodate larger groups. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect setup for our friends and family. Plenty of room to spread out and we enjoyed the backyard too.

The house is comfortable and the price was reasonable. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. We had a group of 8 and there was plenty of space for all of us. The owner was very responsive whenever we had a question. Overall this is a great home base for exploring the area.

This is a great house with lots of bedrooms and space and an owner truly interested in helping you have a great stay. 3 bedrooms up (including the master bedroom) and a large suite and laundry downstairs. The upstairs baths have heated floors and the AC/heat worked well. Downstairs is a bit cooler (when heating is needed) so maybe cool sleeper should be downstairs. Plenty of seating and a backyard covered patio. Pictures are very accurate. Owner was quickly available to immediately handle the small issues we had (like replacing a coffee maker) and even installed an EV charging port for our stay in record time. Very nice house with great furnishings, amenities and a quiet back yard . Close to local shopping center. Host was easy to contact and receptive of any special requests.
