Over all it was a great stay. There are a few chairs that are rickety and need the screws tightened, but weren't really a problem.

The house is in a nice neighborhood. It was very clean, spacious and well furnished. We will definitely book this house again next year!

This place does have a working pool and the backyard is nice space for dogs. It does have thorny seeds that get stuck in paws and shoes. There are also lizards in the backyard as well. Overall the property was clean and that was appreciated. The downside to this property is dealing with the property management company. Once I booked it on Vrbo another company called Vacasa took over. The problems started as soon as I arrived at the property on Sunday afternoon, by Wednesday I no longer wished to deal with them and by Saturday I was happy to be leaving. My privacy or simply getting notice that a stranger would be coming by was an issue. Multiple broken items either not working or working correctly at the property was an issue and did not get resolved by the time I left. Then getting billed extra money in the middle of my stay was just added aggravation. Especially since I could not get a breakdown of what I had already paid for or an accurate breakdown of the extra money I was told I owed.

The house is in a quiet safe neighborhood and was clean, had all your needed amenities. Good location. Pet friendly with fenced in yard and quiet streets for a walk.

This home was perfect for our large group and definitely probably one of the most cleanest I've stayed at recently! I always bring my own Swiffer to sweep first and then mop before we walk barefoot in the home and I'm always glad I did because the floors are always nasty but I can honestly say this home was a pleasant surprise and I didn't need to mop at all!

It was a fun family vacation away from everything plus close enough to everything to not spend all day driving! We loved the pool!!

This house was perfect for our large family group for spring break. Had just about everything you could need. Check in and out was smooth and easy. Location close to grocery store (Winn Dixie) and close enough to public beaches. For cooking remember to bring your own seasonings-even salt and pepper. There are shakers but they are empty. Outside trash cans were full when we arrived but the next day someone came and put them out for regular trash day (we would have done it if we had known and that wouldn’t have been a problem). Pool guy came and cleaned filters one day while we were there. Hot water runs out quickly but no big deal. The house is nicely kept, had a high chair and pack n play, pool floats, and box fans. The game room was fabulous for our kids. Plenty of space for card and board games. The kitchen was phenomenal for cooking with the giant island. Super pet friendly with a fenced backyard! We will stay again if it’s available for our next trip!

I stayed her with my children and extended family. We were a group of 12. We only stayed 2 nights and didn't use the pool because of the cold. The stay was wonderful. I took the advice of other reviewers and brought extra tissue, paper paper, and dishwasher liquid. The house was large enough to accommodate us all. It was clean and just as pictured. We plan to book this place again in the future.

More than enough: This wonderful Airbnb was more than enough. The rooms were large enough with plenty of storage space. My family enjoy the game room. I want to come back again in the summer so I can enjoy the pool. There were plenty towels and supplies necessary while staying at this Airbnb. To me, this is a highly recommended vacation spot.

This place was definitely one for the books! It was wonderful all around. The pool was of course cold because of the time of year we stayed but the kids still enjoyed it with no problem and we lit a fire in the fire pit to warm up by. We got to see the blue angels fly over. Everyone wanted to play the games in the game room area! The location was amazing, Lillian’s pizza is a highly recommended place by us, we purchased a lot one night and it was delivered quickly and was absolutely delicious. We also were able to go out around the town and go to places such as Flora-bama since it was about 10 minutes away. Wild Greg’s saloon was a hit and about 20 minutes away. We went to Johnson’s beach right down the road which is a state park and is $25 for a full weeks access and is free for military. It has huge pavilions, showers/running water, nice white sand and semi exclusive, with parking less than 100 yard walk to the water. In the house everything was made up and ready to go for us with clean linens and towels. We were able to do laundry and dishes while on our stay. With a large family of two adults, four kids, and Nana the house was a perfect size even with brother and his friends coming over. With small kids we enjoyed the fact there is a high hair and pack and play for use if needed. We loved that there are silverware, glasses, plates, bowls and other utensils needed to cook our own. The grill was great to have along with the grilling utensils needed! We thought about bringing our own but glad we didn’t since they were there for us to use already. Everything was very well kept and clean.

This was a great house for our large family. The amenities were fine, but it would have been better if there had been more extra blankets and bedding. Also, it would have been more helpful if there were a few extra trash bags, kitchen utensils, and a few other things like that. Other than that, it was a great stay.

The house was perfect for a family of 6. The pool was a perfect temperature, we had s’mores on the burn pit, grilled out burgers and hot dogs. Loved the fact the washer and dryer were in the garage kept from tracking in the sand. Loved everything about this home and hope to visit again soon!

The interior of the house was impeccably clean! The furniture was nice. And we liked the layout of the house. The bunk room was perfect for the 3 teenage girls. And the other rooms were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool because the beaches were a no-go due to all the seaweed. Location is perfect. So close to everything we wanted to do around town and on Perdido Key.

The house was perfect for our little group. The pool was a selling point for us because even though we were in florida, the rip currents kept us off the beach that week. However i wasnt given the access code to enter the house only the wifi code, so i had to call customer service at arrival. They do provide towels sheets pillows blankets and even little hotel sized soap and shampoo. We stayed 4 days 3 nights so the kitchen and laundry supplies were not sufficient as they gave us one garbage bag 1 roll of paper towels 2 dish pods for dish washer and 2 laundry pods for washer. So we did have to buy our own cleaning supplies. And we ran out of toilet paper with 9 people so we had to buy that too. I understand it would have been enough if we rented for 1 or 2 nights or were a smaller group maybe but they knew in advance we were a large group and were staying 3 nights 4 days. The garbage cans were overflowing in the garage upon arrival and there was leftover bacon and grease in the oven. I did contact them and someone came to take care of the garbages. Customer service was good. This was my first time renting with vacasa i usually go airbnb. Overall i would rent from them again. Just check everything upon arrival and address any concerns with customer service.
