Great location and the house was perfect. Cute with great design and the extras like bath robes, lotion, comfy beds, warm blankets. Great place to stay with a dog.

This property was ideal for a reunion with friends in the area. Well within walking distance to Olde Town Arvada, short drive or train ride into Denver, and nice accommodations for a night in too!

We had a great stay! The fire pit was our favorite part. The beds and bedding were comfortable and everything was clean! Standard comforts like a coffee maker and blow dryer were available for use. Would stay again!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at a VRBO rental that turned out to be an absolute nightmare. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the owner had neglected their responsibility to have the house cleaned prior to our arrival; we arrived 2 hours after the check in time decided by the host. The beds were still dirty from the previous guests, floors were covered in dirt and dust. The bathrooms had pubic hair left in the shower. It was evident that the property had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. In an attempt to rectify the situation, the host promised to waive the cleaning fee and even offered to pay for dinner to get a better review. However, this turned out to be an empty promise. Not only was the house dirty upon check-in, but the host's behavior throughout our stay and after our departure has been nothing short of appalling. After we checked out, the host conveniently changed their tune and reneged on their previous offer. Adding insult to injury, the host has now gone so far as to request an additional $250 for supposed damages that were absolutely not our fault and barraged me with hostile text messages. Overall, I would strongly advise against renting this particular property on VRBO. The host's irrational behavior and deceptive tactics made for a very disturbing and traumatic experience. I would encourage anyone considering this rental to look elsewhere for a more reliable and reputable option.

My wife and I visited for the week of Thanksgiving as a convenient meeting point with our children and their significant others. We're living on the east coast with one son in LA and the other in Denver. Sleeps six comfortably (two kings and a twin/queen?).

The house is beautiful and has high quality furnishings. It was fully stocked with plenty of amenities. We were impressed with the cleanliness and it smelled amazing. Back yard has a nice outside dining and is great for evening dinners. One downside was that the house was not ready at 4pm, which is check in time. We had been on the road for 2 days and were tired and ready to stretch out and relax. Apparently the guests prior to us trashed the house. Overall, we really loved our stay.
