Very nice unit. Clean and comfortable. Slept 10 of us easily. Large open living, dining kitchen space. Indoor garage parking. Close to boardwalk. Would gladly rent again.

I wish the property had a keyless pinpad for entry. It was about 10 extra minutes to pick up the keys from their main office, and after a 5 hour drive, I just want to unpack and unwind, not fumble with keys. However, the office staff was kind, polite and welcoming. They included a bag with a thick stack of local restaurants and coupons, which was appreciated since places change all the time on the island. It was a shared garage, which didn't bother me much, but still worth mentioning if you planned to leave your beach gear out, or for us, nowhere to leave our Thule since we would need to remove it to park in the garage. Cleanliness could have been better. Undergarments from the last renters, pubic hair on the toilet seat and crumbs on the table. Not to mention as a "no shoes in the house" family, our feet were black by bedtime. I would have rented a rug doctor if we stayed any longer. BUT it was cozy and comfortable once I cleaned it to our standard. We spent more time lounging compared to previous B&Bs we rented. It was layed out well and we didn't hear the neighbors once, which never happened in all our WW trips. The price was fair, all things considered. I would return under the premise of a new cleaning staff.

The property and location were perfect for my family. It was a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, overall very happy with our stay. The check in and out process was not as convenient as I would have liked because there’s a near ten minute drive to pick up and drop off keys, would have been nice to use a code or drop box instead.

Going up the stairs to the condo, the railings were dirty and scummy. Not a good first impression before going into the condo. In the condo, many lights were burnt out, the rugs were badly stained, the fans looked like they have not been dusted in a few years, the garbage can for the recyclables needed cleaning and on the shower valve a screw is coming out in the main bathroom. Overall the place is just ok. The appliances all worked and no problems with the internet. I wish we would have been told where the trash cans were outside before we arrived so we did not have to go looking all over for it. I had tried calling on Saturday morning (they said they were open Monday through Saturday) and according to the message they were closed. It was about 10:30. We were able to figure out our problem.

The only reason this is not getting a good review is because of the cleanliness of the house. It seems like the cleaners only did a very surface clean, we were staying with three young children and when we moved the central ottoman over maybe an inch or two there was a used jello shot syringe we found on the floor, the side of the cabinet and floor around the garbage can was very sticky like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time, and we were left with no garbage bag in one of the garbage cans. Just simple things that we felt would've been picked up on if they did more than just a light surface clean, it made us wonder what else we couldn't blatantly see. And the shower in the main hallway drains so slowly The location was great, could walk everywhere we needed to go so that was a plus though, just needs a better cleaning.

The listing said cable TV and there was no cable TV, just subscription stations. Two of the stove handles were broken and, when replaced by a generic brand still did not work. It was quite difficult to cook for 7 adults with only 2 burners. The dryer timer did not work and we were glad we noticed that after two hours the knob did not move because that is dangerous and could have caused a fire. I would not trust this listing again. It is managed by a realty company and the listing was inaccurate.

Trip worked out really well, would definitely stay again!
