Great place to stay and super clean! We will stay again soon!

The house was large and clean, located just blocks from downtown Brenham. (2 blocks from the Heritage museum!)

We had a wonder time in Brenham. Cottage was perfect, it was cute, clean and cozy. We were within walking distance of beautiful downtown Brenham. Had a great time, would stay there again.

The house is great. There were some things left from the last visitors that made it seem the cleaning crew didn't do a good job. The coffee pot situation was not good. Overall my sister and I had fun and enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable stay with convenience. A very good peaceful option when visiting with your students at A&M. Great Italian restaurant across the street that is popular.

My biggest issue was No Coffee Pot. Needs a Keurig with K-cups or Mr. Coffee. We had to go to McDonald’s for coffee in the mornings. :(

It was the perfect little house for our group of girlfriends shopping at Round Top. The price was great and there are lots of amenities in Brenham. Well worth the short drive to Round Top.

Very comfortable stay. The heating/cooling was nice. The water pressure was good. The furniture and beds were comfy. The place was nicely decorated and had modern conveniences. Initially, we had an issue with the keypad on the deadbolt but Ross, the owner, was very quick to respond and get a key to us in a matter of minutes. The communication was very courteous and a solution to the issue was resolved. As a result, our stay in Brenham was wonderful and we all enjoyed our weekend getaway.

Our youngest brother was getting married and this was a great location 12 minutes from the venue!

This cottage was PERFECT for our stay. The home was comfortable, aesthetically pleasing and cozy. As another reviewer mentioned before my stay, the area does look slightly questionable but you need to remember you’re staying in a town full of history and older structures. We felt safe the entire time and enjoyed all of Brenham we could soak up in the small about of time we had. Ross is easily accessible and responsive when needed. Looking forward to our next trip to Brenham and would love to stay here again!

Everything was perfect! My only disappointment was that there were no rocking chairs on the porch like the listing picture shows.

Only a couple o negative comments. Need regular coffee service! Mr. Coffee please w real coffee!!! More dishes, or even paper , dishwasher coming out from cabinet. Not. Mounted properly and finished.

It is obvious that a great deal of time and attention was put into this lovely remodel. I've stayed at several VRBO properties and this is the first that was better than the photos! From the walk-in shower to the beautiful kitchen, the function and aesthetics were spot on.

Upon arriving at the house, my first impression of the area was not great. The storefront across the street was not the prettiest and looked a little rundown. I'm not going to lie, I was a little disappointed at that exact moment, and maybe a little worried. All of that changed throughout the course of our stay. When we entered the home, it was very neat and clean. The house is beautifully remodeled. My wife fell in love with the bathroom and she's saying she would love something similar in our home. The home was the perfect size for our family of four. We enjoyed every bit of it. I liked that we could park our vehicle inside a private, gated area as one of the streets you're on can get busy. The location is amazing. You're walking distance from downtown Brenham or a VERY short drive if you prefer. You have two restaurants (Italian & Mexican) literally right across the street. Although we didn't try the Mexican restaurant, we can say the Italian restaurant was great! You are only 1.5 miles from the Blue Blue Creamery! We also visited different areas just outside of Brenham and it never felt like we had to travel far. And you also have the bigger box stores not far from you, if you can't find what you're looking for in old, downtown Brenham. The communication with the owners was outstanding! We appreciate that so much. We were very satisfied with our stay here! It helped make our last-minute trip to Brenham a really nice one. Thank you so much for letting us stay here during our Easter weekend! A few recommendations for the owners that I would suggest: 1) More cookware and cooking utensils. We actually bought some cooking utensils that we needed and left them there. :) 2) Blackout curtains. There is a lot of light coming in from the porch lights and street lights. Some for the doors leading from the master bedroom to the living room would be great to block the porch light that hits the bed directly. 3) The beds are really loud. I don't know if it's because they're new or something else, but every time we turned it was loud. 4) A lock for the back door as you have in the front. On a rainy day, having to walk around the house to unlock the front door, to come through the house to unlock the back door can be cumbersome. It would be nice to have quicker access when you're parked in the back.
