The property was in a great location, very clean and exactly like the listing. If in the area, it is a must stay.

Arrived at 6:30 p.m- 3.5 hrs after check in. AC was totally shut off which was odd given how hot it was, as if they weren't expecting us. We discovered there was only 1 bedroom accessible. No visible staircase anywhere. We looked outside & opened every door, but no access to the other 2 bedrooms. After 10 min. of trying to figure this out we heard a TV coming from the upstairs (again, not visible) & thought that someone had broken into the house, very scary. Managed to pry open interior bathroom door, on the other side was a temporary padded curtain/door that we managed to peel back the Velcro on. Alas, here were the stairs which were were strewn with wadded up toilet paper- we called up 4 times before anyone answered (TV was loud). During this time I was on the phone w/a woman who said she was the owner & thought this was the cleaning lady. The woman in the house was very startled by us & when we told her we had a reservation she said "I thought I had the place until Sunday." During this time, I was on the phone with Daisy who tried to reassure me that this was the cleaning lady & not to worry. I told her how this made my family VERY comfortable & Daisy then told me that "she could get in big trouble for telling me this", but that the cleaning lady was actually the homeowner (?). We wound up leaving & going to a hotel, Daisy offered a $200 cleaning credit (not yet received)- I am disputing w/my credit card company. Cute house, but a bad situation was GROSSLY mismanaged.

It was wonderful! Plenty of room, great facilities, super clean, nice neighborhood. Slight glitch with checkin, and that might have been me not them!

We loved our stay in Pasadena. The house had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay and some extras as well. We will definitely book this location again if we are needing a place to stay in the area. Thank you!

Don't be scared off by the limited reviews. Daisy was very responsive to all inquiries, and has done a great job renovating this bungalow -- the house is much more spacious than we expected! We have two families (2 adults + 1 toddler; 2 adults + 2 kids) and we were all very comfortable. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is well-stocked with the basics, and we were able to make several meals at the house. Close proximity to lots of local attractions (including the infamous Pasadena parrots)! There are a few minor updates/finished that should be considered though (securing the dishwasher, installing a exhaust fan/hood for the stove, an in-window a/c unit on the second bedroom upstairs), but otherwise a really great rental that felt like a home-away-from-home!

The home was in a nice area and very spacious. Up to date and clean with a lot of amenities.

This home was perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of space, clean and stylish decor. Well stocked kitchen and easy communication with owner. We will be back.
