Great location! Great facility, but needs a GOOD spring cleaning. The little rugs in the bathroom were extremely dirty, the floor under the rugs was worse. After spraying the floor with Lysol, we put towels on the floor to walk on. Thick dust on TV stand, dust balls under furniture, popcorn under couch, door into the apartment showed more dirt than the white paint.

The owner was fantastic about providing information! The gated community was private, as promised. We felt safe having our family on site. We will definitely book this condo again!

We stayed 75 nights. The condo was just as presented on the website. The view was spectacular. Bill Petersen was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to family and friends

I think it was the only place in Panama City that I haven’t had to go in and clean before we could move in. Was very pleased with this condo. Would stay again for sure.

My husband and our 4 year old daughter stayed her for a week in August. Location was perfect, condo was everything we needed. The pool was very kid friendly and the reserved beach chairs was an great extra. Highly recommend and plan to visit again.

We stayed for 2 months and had a great time! The location where we stayed was breathtaking. Loved that the condo was well equipped with almost everything we needed. Including books and puzzles! Will certainly consider coming back, maybe a different time of year. It was a bit chilly the last month. Plenty to do around town if the weather got bad. Overall it was a great experience!

We stayed the week of Thanksgiving it was a little cold but still beautiful. This is a great room for a small family.

We have rented a property before from Mr. Pederson and he is so nice to work and always responds immediately to questions. Our keys and package arrived before we left with no problems or issues with checking in. The bed was comfortable and the air worked great helping us sleep really well at night. There were lots of extra towels and wash cloths . The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils they had even left some dishwashing liquid there , a roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper but you do have to get your own personal items as such so we always take extra toilet paper paper towels dish soap etc when we go . Everything was just perfect with no complaints at all . Very convenient on the fourth floor you could take the stairs or the elevator easy access to the beach everything was great.

We loved it at Long Beach Resort! We loved our room! Perfect location of the resort and the room both. Property- steps going out to the beach from Tower 2 needs a small light, it’s hard to tell there’s 3 steps in the dark. (I fell going down them) Room- the bed needs rubber coasters for the legs or an area rug all four legs of bed are on, because it moves too easy on the tile floor. An inside rug in front of both the balcony doors to help with tracking sand in. We loved the restaurants- we would arrive between 5:00 - 5:30 without waiting. Walmart was super close to the resort. We enjoyed the Hang Out by the pool, very convenient for lunches. We had a bit of a rainy week and did not do any excursions, however we did not let the light morning rain keep us off the beach. The beach area of the four Towers were less crowded than the condos next door, which made our beach time more relaxing and enjoyable. We will be back!!! There wasn’t anything that would keep us from coming back to the same resort or the same room!!

Very happy with owner Bill penderson easy to work with. Hands off to whom cleaned room in perfect condition. Loved our room and visit. Everything was excellent can’t wait to return. Thanks Bill for letting us stay at your condo .

This condo is all you need for a relaxing, great time at the beach… chairs, great condo, close to stores, convenient restaurants, and beautiful sand and beach. All you need fit a relaxing time in the beach.

Easy to rent, good communication, fast replies! Walls and bathroom had mold that turned us off, otherwise everything was okay

Everything was true to the listing for this property. We had a great time and it was very easy to check in and out. Communication was exceptional with the property manager and we had a nice relaxing vacation getaway for the winter.

We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the Ocean for all our Meals.

We had a great experience at this rental. If was super clean and communication with the manager was great. It is a gated resort, which was great for spring break, it kept the riff raff out. Beach was beautiful and the free chairs that came with this rental were amazing. Make sure to tip the chair guys! We went to the pool for a small time, it wasn't great. But let's be honest we were there for the ocean. Hot tub is small, had low water supply and wasn't the cleanest. It wasn't listed in the details on the site, but there is a washer and dryer which was great for cleaning beach towels and swimsuits. The beach was filled with spring breakers, which is to be expected, but if you are looking for a quiet and kid friendly (my kids were 5 & 9) rental during spring break, you might want to look more West down the coast. This place was great but it became slightly crowded during spring break. PEOPLE watching was great.My only suggestion to the manager -- They only offer a certain amount of toilet paper and paper towel. Typically these things are supplied when you are renting a place as a convenience to renter, I had to buy refills and throw the rest away.Highly recommend this rental!

It is just how the pictures show, smaller condo would only want to stay with 2 people. Beach chairs are a great amenity. Plus the additional 2 in the closet. Washer and dryer were great asset. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, no cupboard place to store your food. The view was spectacular as was the balcony. Bathroom was very spacious.

Two buddies and I came down for golf, sun and relaxation. I am a beach person, walking on the beach was great! Property Manager communication was great. We will be back.

This condo location is great, a lot of great things to do all in walking distance. On site amenities are nice the pools are well kept and not over crowded. The condo itself was clean and comfortable with some fairly recent updates to the kitchen evident. The shower and patio door are perfectly functional but in need of updates and the mattress is ready for replacement. All in all this unit is comfortable and convenient on the 4th floor.

The weather was excellent, the water warm, clear and no waves. No winds. The apartment clean, comfortable king mattress, a lot of utensils for cooking, SS appliances and air conditioned in good order, good neighbors and quietness. We really rested and enjoyed a nice vacation. We left just 2 days before the hurricane bring rain , wind and flood. Very easy to work with Bill and the beach rental chairs and umbrella boys . I would definitely be back in the same resort for the next vacation time.

Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Easy access to the pool and beach, especially helpful when making the trip with children. The condo was clean and spacious.

Had no issues whatsoever. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to stay on the beach!
