Gorgeous villa with huge pool and bbq area, the outside space was amazing, perfect for a group! Villa was spotless and very spacious and air conditioned.

The staff cleaned the property during the trip, but would be handy having some cleaning supplies in the villa for the guests to use during their stay.

The villa and especially the garden are beautiful! You really get the feeling of a very luxurious place. The facilities were great and the host Giota was very kind and helpful as well.

Nothing, we had an amazing stay. The only small improvement could be more keys to open the front gate.

cold water for three days, broken toilet, drapes coming off the rails, broken bed, broken and leaky taps and shower, half the lights in the house were broken, garden was a jungle and untended, house smelled of gasoline, hardly any kitchen appliance to cook in. full dishwasher with dirty content on arrival, dirty pool on arrival, no extra blankets for the beds, only one working shower for 7 people. housecleaning was a joke, only some new linnen or towels that smelled of gasoline taken from the basement. ice cold pool, BBQ area was unusable and extremely dirty.

Leone Villas was amazing for us. The private pool after the sunset with background music made every night to be memorable. Our host Pete, always helped us with any problem and in the fastest time possible. The Villa is good for fun and also to relax, depending on what everyone wants.

The only disadvantage it might be the location, but if you are renting a car, scooter or ATV, this should not be a problem. Also to Kalamaki center you only have a 15-20 minutes walk which is not a lot.

Great villa, very good location , close to Zante..wonderful private pool, clean and very nice host! We had the best time!

Maybe another shower in the third bathroom would have been better
