Great location in old town, close to everything you need.
Place was pretty good, only minor issue was shower head didn’t work properly.

The location was perfect and it was very comfortable. Maria made sure we had everything we needed and the check in/out were very easy.
The walls are a but thin and we heard the neighbors for a while. Also there are some steps you need to climb in order to get to the place and it was a bit hard with the suitcases.

Great location
Very very small. Fridge, wifi and TV did not work despite asking for help. Air con really loud. We turned off one day and came back to smelly and musty room. Damp on wall between bed and shower. Very expensive for what we got

The only thing good want Maria, The property assistant and the garden was lovely.
Got in at 11pm.. No air, towels, TP, soap and bedding just thrown on the bed. Informed owner didn't want to deal with traffic. 2 days later shower flooded the bathroom and a bedroom and someone locked my daughter in the house. Difficult to get out. Meet owner on check out 2 days later coming to check shower. Also, The garden is beautiful but shared. Lucky we had nice people. Booked on Booking another room for family. Address the same and it was far away. Tried to get partial refund. Owner not responding. Very wrong. Be aware 107 step to get to garden then more.

Beautiful space, so big! Has everything you could possibly need and the location was perfect! Staff are so helpful, I had a lightbulb out in the bathroom when I arrive and I sent a text to the host and she came and fixed it within 5 minutes! So many bars and restaurants close by as well.
Street noise was a little bit loud but definitely manageable and not like this is something the host could control of course!

This apartment was terrible. First of all, the photos are nothing like the apartment. Not sure what these photos are from but its absolutely not from the apartment we stayed at. We were on the "first floor two bedroom apartment" and it was horrendous. The smell was like nothing I've ever smelled before, like a rotting rat. My friends and I were gagging the entire stay. The host even lit a candle for us which did absolutely nothing.
There was also tons of bugs in the bed and crawling around the apartment. My friend woke up to see a massive insect on her pillow. Also, there is only one AC unit in the apartment and it is only in the common area, not in the bedrooms, so me and all 3 of my friends woke in the middle of the night sweating from how hot it was.
Also, the lock on the apartment door was working fine when we first got there but then we had a tour at 5am and the lock wouldn't work and no one was there to help us so our door to the apartment was unlocked for 4 hours until the host woke up at 9am and replied to me. Also, the door to the entire apartment complex is left open all night long so anyone and anything can get inside, including all the cats, which make sense why the entire complex smelled like cat piss.
I really do not recommend this apartment and neither do my 3 friends who stayed there with me.

初日にメゾネット上階のバスルームから水漏れして下階の天井からポタポタと水漏れして大変だった。音と湿気と寒さで眠れなかった。完全なるメンテナンス不足。スタッフに連絡しても、なかなか返信がなく、きても部屋を変えてもらえなかった。
翌日、旧市街地内ではない離れたアパートメントに自分達で重い荷物を持って移動させられたが、オーナーから謝罪の一言も未だにない。移動した先のシャワールームの排水も非常に悪く、冷蔵庫も変な臭いがした。観光中も休憩や食事の為に立ち寄れる様に旧市街地内での滞在を1番に考えて宿探しをして決めたので、離れた立地になり思い描いていた様な旅行ができなかった。
対応したスタッフを通じて1泊目の返金を請求しているが、オーナーから何の返答もない。booking.comの口コミを信じて予約したがとても残念。憤りを通り越して呆れている。このオーナーは良くない。booking.comから返金請求をしてもらえるならお願いしたい。

The location is ideal, within minutes from all major attractions and steps from restaurants. We stayed at a large duplex apartment that was very comfortable for our family of 4. The kitchen was well equipped and the living area spacious. The bathroom was also great and with everything we needed. The view is amazing! And the apartment decor is better than in the pictures!
We found the breakfast offered at the nearby restaurant a bit poor. No yogurt, seeds, nut butters, nut milk, selection of fruits or dried fruits included. But Nutella? Yes, hahaha.
Mind the steps if you're carrying a stroller! There are plenty to get here from the taxi spot and plenty to walk down to the center.

Très bon emplacement, à 10 mn à pied de la vieille ville, et UBER à 6€ pour éviter les marches… la ville en compte des centaines ( des chauffeurs et des marches 🤪) confort, grandeur, terrasse avec vue superbe et jacuzzi. Il y a eu un souci dans la salle de bain et le personnel a dû intervenir, pour le dérangement, ils nous ont offert un restaurant… rien à dire, honnête et attentif au client. Merci à eux ! ☺️
Petit bémol pour la chambre dans le grenier avec accessibilité réduite. À préciser, ce serait bien. 👍

Small room with clear signs of humidity in the walls. Poor heating system. The door to the toilet was stuck. The owner cannot be trusted.

le faltaban algunas pequeñas cosas que seguro pronto las agregarán como la cafetera, más cubiertos y platos, etc.

La ubicación increíble. Se encuentra justo en el centro antiguo, simplemente a una calle de la calle principal. Nos entregaron las llaves en mano y la chica fue muy amable. El apartamento es muy bonito y la cama muy cómoda.
En nuestra estancia en el apartamento faltaban algunas luces... Las lámparas estaban instaladas pero las bombillas no funcionaban por lo que por la noche sobre todo en la parte de la mesa para comer faltaba luz...
Por otra parte, la cocina estaba muy poco equipada por lo que no pudimos cocinar con comodidad. Tampoco había basura en la cocina, por lo que tuvimos que echar la basura en una bolsa de plástico del supermercado que teníamos nosotros mismos.

Our host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible and made sure we had everything we needed. The decor is stunning and very homey. Amazing apartment in the heart of Old Town. We will definitely be coming back and staying here.

Location is superb, right in the heart of Dubrovnik Old Town. The apartment has a lot of character and charm, and still it is very practical. The host was very helpful with every request we had.

It's the best place to stay in Dubrovnik. Located in the heart of Old Town, we had the best day exploring the city walls and the fort. The room is big, warm, comfortable, beautifully furnished, and well-stocked with all necessities. Our host Ant was super helpful in luggage transfers, providing useful tips for food and local sightseeing

Perfect location in a very quiet street in the old town, and still only a few minutes away from restaurants and more.
The hosts vere wonderful, and even though the room was small, it was well equipped. A big plus is that it is only a 3-5 minutes walk away from public parking, which is great if you are traveling by car and have to carry your luggage up the steep steps from the old city to the parking space.

Gorgeous room - felt like a jewelry box with the chandeliers and decor. Kind proprietor Ante probably hardest working man in Dubrovnik as he also works at restaurant Lanii (10% discount for hotel guests). Location excellent as it is just a few steps from main street & easy to access from Buza gate.
Room could be stuffy with windows closed but people outside windows could be loud with them open. A

This apartment is absolutely gorgeous and well appointed with everything you need. We stayed in the studio apartment which is up four flights of stairs so definitely not suitable if you have mobility issues. Communication with the host was great and we would definitely stay here again.
The location is superb with a short walk to all the key tourist spots.

Bathroom is 2 steps down from bedroom.. little afraid in the middle of the night .. the linens and towels had a lightly damp mildew smell. I guess they didn’t dry them all the way before they folded .. otherwise the room was very nice .

Top floor with narrow stairs and uneven size steps making it difficult going up IR down even for fit young adults. WiFi was inadequate.

The steps but that is unavoidable as most accommodation in the old town will have a lot of steps. Also room was quite small with very limited kitchen facilities - kettle, coffee machine and very small fridge

The location was excellent. We could have been unlucky with our room but there was no natural light in the room, some of the electrical sockets were faulty and loose. We had no Wi-Fi signal during our five night stay. We queried this on arrival and were told it would probably be ok again tomorrow…. it wasn’t. We assumed (maybe wrongly) that we would at least be given fresh towels during our stay especially as it was five nights….. this was not the case. Fresh towels arrived on the day before we were due to leave - day 5.
We rarely saw anyone at the property to assist and received no answer when we called the contact number.
