We couldn’t have chosen a better spot! We came for a concert and to be close to Folly beach. It was the perfect location and very private! Our favorite part was the view and tables under the string lights at night playing games. Thank you for hosting us!

Such a beautiful quiet place that sits on right on the water. So peaceful looking out the balcony and just looking out over the water. We got the chance to watch dolphins play. It was a great location between all the places we visited. There were plenty of bathroom supplies just in case you forget something. The rooms were spacious. There is a full fridge and freezer so plenty of room for making meals and also has all your cooking utensils. I love that the kitchen area and the rest of the place is all open floor. And love that there was a tub for our little ones! They enjoyed that. Also sitting on the deck or walking around out back it was beautiful. We wanted to have a fire but we went down when the weather was pushing close to 100. So it was already a little warmer. But the lights hanging from the tree made it so much prettier at night! Such a great little gem and we will be back for sure!

This unit is amazing. The property is amazing. The view is amazing. The unit is the best stocked Vacation rental i have ever stayed in. They even leave the extra items in the storage closet in case you run out. No expense is spared. When we met with the owner she explained that she "wanted the unit to match the view", and the view is amazing. They did a great job with the unit and i would reccomend this to anyone going to Charleston.

We had a great time staying in this excellently equipped apartment! Kids could play soccer on the vast premises and the host even provided kayaks for exploring Clark Sound. We felt very welcome will definitely choose this accomodation when in Charleston again!

First let me say that the cleaning team is one of the best I have ever seen. The extra touches are welcoming. As far as the stay, it was tremendous. Warren is kind, understanding and cares about the experience. I highly recommend this rental for anyone who wants the proximity to everything but the seclusion of a private vacation home

We absolutely loved our stay! The setting was beautiful and serene. Every detail was thought of in the unit; there wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t provided. We saw pelicans, herons, dolphins, squirrels, a super friendly cat and a majestic eagle during our stay. The pier was the perfect spot for relaxing. We will definitely be back!

This place was clean & comfortable! It was just a short 10-15 minute drive into downtown Charleston. Beautiful outdoor space with abundant bature. We saw dolphins playing and beautiful birds (and it rained most of the weekend)! Would definitely stay again just to witness the sunrise and subsets here.

We are frequent users of VRBO’s and our stay at Warrens James Island residence was the best. All aspects of our trip from booking to checkout were perfect. Warren is a fantastic host who was concerned for the comfort of his quest. He supplied a wide array of essential goods that I have not seen at any other rental and his property was spotless. It accommodated our group nicely and the property was very orderly and clean. The outside porch area was our favorite spot to view the sunrise and dolphins while drinking our morning coffee. Absolutely fantastic location and Host. We will definitely visit again!!

The view at all times of the day was awesome. The amenities were outstanding. We greatly enjoyed our stay...and planning many more visits with them. Great place for kids and gathering of family members.

The place was very clean and it smelled clean as soon as you walked into the place. The place was very well stocked with everything that you need for your stay. The view of the waterfront was gorgeous and our Shih Tzu loved sitting on the porch and looking at the scenery as much as we did. We would definitely stay here again.

The title says it all! This was hands down the best VRBO/Airbnb rental I've ever booked! When we first drove up, the location oozes what we picture when we think of "South Carolina". The pictures of the area don't do the views any justice until you are here. They are simply spectacular! The place was very clean, and OVER STOCKED on everything. I can't say anything negative about this amazing rental at all, but if you are a light sleeper like I am, you will most likely be able to hear renters below if the lower unit is booked at the same time. We had our dogs with us, and they were able to enjoy the yard and had plenty of space to lounge. We were able to catch sightings and pictures of a dolphin and a bald eagle -both totally unexpected surprises for December! This will be the FIFRST place I check availability when we come back to Charleston, without a doubt! Thank you to the Sloane family for sharing their slice of heaven!!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The views are breathtaking. The rental is very clean and stocked with so many extras. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. Our stay could not have been more pleasant. We will definitely be booking again.

This lovely place with its well appointed kitchen allowed us to "work from home" on Monday and Tuesday and even bake a cheesecake for a family Thanksgiving celebration.

This is a stunning property and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here! I was visiting with my parents and husband. We spent many hours looking out onto the water and oyster beds from the dock. We saw dolphins and many interesting sea birds. The accommodations were comfortable and very clean. Two things to note, the beds are both queens - the listing says king & queen. Also something to keep in mind - Uber/Lyft is very hard to come by in James Island. Doesn’t apply to those who drive in but for us, it was something to plan around. Thank you for the beautiful stay!

Our family came down for Parents Weekend at The Citadel and could not have asked for a better VRBO experience. Everything was perfect. From the extra toiletries to the coffee set up to the overall cleanliness of the house. Our host was easy to communicate with and had thought of about everything to make our stay special. The property featured a beautiful view of the marsh and rivers and the dock was so good we logged most of our time out there. As soon as we get the date for Parents Weekend 2023 we hope to make it reservation.

The property is beautiful and peaceful. At night there are lights strung between the trees. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning and watching the fish jump and the birds passing through. The hosts were beyond accommodating. The rental had several little extras that gave a special touch ( a variety of k-cups and all of the sample toiletries). I wish we had more time there.

This property is incredible. The view is stunning and the inside is updated and very clean. Owners are responsive and the location is not too far from downtown Charleston! Any time we go back to Charleston we will be looking to stay here again!

First and foremost, the host was excellent. Communicated well and as often as needed. The property was just as advertised and everything was ready upon arrival. Such a beautiful setting and felt at home the entire time. The host happen to come out and introduce themselves and was generous enough to take us for a boat ride and tour of the surrounding area by water. This was a rare chance to experience something we had never seen before and is a memory we will cherish forever.
