Fire pit over the water, watching football on the patio was amazing!!

I got married at a nearby venue and instead of blocking hotel rooms off, we stayed at Mrs. Rachel’s property. She was very attentive and easy to contact. House was clean and the listing was accurate. Beautiful home.

The home is beautiful and perfect for several families. The kitchen is well appointed as well as the outdoor cooking. Will definitely be back! And Rachel was an amazing host! Very quick to respond to any question. Looking forward to our next visit!

The whole family enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, the game room. We also enjoyed s’mores in the fire pit. Overall our stay at the lake house was great. Communication was great, clear & quick response to any questions & concerns. I would return & recommend this lake house.

Super nice, comfy and loaded with things to do

The property is beautiful, especially the back porch area. It sets directly on a canal that leads to Lake Conroe, a short distance away. The back porch is a great place to sip coffee in the morning, or a place to cook and have a few tasty beverages, while offering beautiful views of the lake. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, with plenty of space to comfortably hold 8-16 people depending on how much privacy an individual, or couple needs. If your bored, there’s plenty of tv’s or space for reading. There are games to play including foosball, cornhole, and shuffleboard, which makes for a fun late night evening. Overall, I would stay at this property again, especially in the warmer months where you can take full advantage of lake sports and swimming. My family and I had a great time!

My family wanted to find a good meeting spot for us to come together and celebrate a late Christmas. Everyone truly enjoyed it. We thought the kids would fish more but they really liked playing the games in the garage. My father in law caught about 10 fish during the short period that we were there, he didn’t want to leave. The deck is absolutely amazing and the home was clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again.

An amazing house that has everything you need for a lake stay! Perfect for outdoor grilling and sitting around the firepit relaxing. So many activities in the house and on the water.

So much to do for the kids and an excellent spot to relax on the patio looking out at the water.

We enjoyed staying at the lake for a couple days! Would love to rent it again with a bigger group of friends!

This house has everything a large group needs for a fun time. The kitchen’s well stocked and there’s seating for lots of people to eat both inside and outside. The garage is full of every conceivable kind of toy for both children and adults. The outdoor kitchen is a winner and the dock worked great for our boat. With all the toys and smart TVs in every room even a rainy day should be fun. The hosts Calvin and Rachel were great. Thanks for a good trip.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It has a charm that the photos don't really capture, especially the outdoor deck areas where we spent the majority of our time, from morning coffee to evening cocktails and everything in between! The view from the family room was also a nice surprise- really beautiful with the shutters opened wide to let all the light in. The whole house was much larger feeling than it appeared from the outside or even from the pictures in the listing. Rachel and Calvin were excellent hosts and super responsive when we needed anything. Pro tip: the front door requires a bit more than a shove to open, but once we learned that fact, we were in- literally! ;D The only real downside to our trip was when the outdoor grill wasn't operable for our first evening, even after some extended troubleshooting from the technician who was sent to help. Calvin made a personal trip out the next day (Crumbl Cookies in hand- thank you again!!) to make the necessary adjustments so we were back in business for dinner that night! The reason for 4 stars on cleanliness applied to the outdoor kitchen area primarily. I would have given 4.5 stars given the option. On our first night, prior to the others arriving, my husband and I removed lots of spider webs and debris before wiping down grungy countertops to make the space ready to go. After that, we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our time at the property and will definitely consider coming back in the future!

We were here for a brief two day getaway and left impressed. The house is clean and stocked with plenty of supplies and a variety of water sports equipment and games. Hosts were very responsive and quick to address questions. Highly recommend.

First of all the Hosts were great. The house comes complete with paddle boards, kayaks, and paddle boat to keep the kids entertained. No one got bored.

Property exactly as described. Beautiful home and perfect for a family reunion/getaway. Had everything we needed for a relaxing family visit. Spent an afternoon at the community pool which we loved. Host was very helpful before the trip with information on local businesses and activities.

The kids had lots of fun with lake activities. Their favorites were boat ride and jumping into the lake.

The location and house was great. We enjoyed all the amenities this places offered. We loved having direct access to the water. We loved having the kayaks, pedal boat and boards available to us. The property is very clean and had much fun to offer. We will be back!
