the location was excellent, the suburb and how close it was to all public transport and Woolies metro and a wide choice of eateries and coffee shops. An easy walk to the city. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked really well. Space for sitting was adequate so we could use our laptops etc. The kitchen and supplies were very functional, and we had what we needed. TV was good, you could access your paid TV channels. Had a wardrobe to hang your clothes which was good. Ideal place to stay for a maximum of 2 people. The location more than suited our needs and the studio suited our needs. I would stay there for the location again. Very private location, own back entrance (there are people in the terrace house in front that come out the back but they have their own courtyard)

The bathroom was so small, nowhere really to put our bathroom items, the exhaust fan was really noisy and there was nowhere to hang our damp towels or hand towel. Not enough toilet paper supplied. The window above the lounge couch allowed the light from the laneway to shine in all Nite making it hard to sleep (please install a blockout curtain) It was very hard to get in and out the front door if you wanted to have the curtain closed so people outside could not see in and see there was no one inside. We managed to do a system, luckily my daughter have small frames. One way glass would be ideal for privacy. The noise I could hear from the people in the studio above us, need some sound proofing between the floors. Ok if you people upstairs are quiet but the people, we had been so noisy leaving at 5.30am in the morning I could even the person blowing their nose.

The apartment has everything you need. Plenty of plates, cutlery, glasses etc. Even a washing machine. bed was pretty comfortable. Internet speed was good

Great location

Can’t close curtains of entry glass swing door when leaving studio. Very poor/ ridiculous choice of curtain design. Door should be changed to a sliding glass door or redesign installation of curtains/ privacy screen to make it functional so the occupant of the studio has privacy and security when not there.

Location convenient to light rail and Central Station.

Pillows were too big and uncomfortable.

Pros- loved the location, well equipped apartment

Unfortunately the whole apartment stank of mould. Likely a plumbing problem/ underfloor leak given not much visible mould. Couldn’t really air the property as there weren’t many windows and it’s on the ground floor. Slow response from the owner when contacted. This is an issue that should be sorted before the property is rented out again as it’s unhealthy sleeping in such a mouldy unventilated room. Overall very disappointing and wouldn’t stay again.

The apartment was comfortably furnished.

The apartment had a very dank smell. It was clean and no sign of mildew, but it smelled like dank wet clothes. Even after airing it still had an unpleasant smell. The wifi didn't have internet connection for PC or the smart tv.

The location is close to Central Station which is the main hub to visit other many necessary places.

There's still a spider web at the apartment door, and its door curtain makes it difficult to close or open every time out/in. I'm a woman so it's a little bit difficult to bring a heavy suitcase over the step, so if it is possible, the landlord should make it flat (the way from the main gate to apartment A) for ease of moving, though.
