The property was stunning! By far the nicest place I’ve ever stayed. The owner was the loveliest and most generous woman, always there to help and communicated with us throughout the stay! The apartment was very big and really comfortable and right in the centre!

The location is perfect, right in the centre of Sirmione. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

The shower was rubbish, barley any pressure and nothing to hold the shower head. The sink was also half blocked and drained really slowly.

Spacious, new, sparkling clean apartment in the heart of Old City Sirmione. The host was extremely responsive, and the woman working on site was so sweet and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment itself was quiet despite the central location. Great value

Nothing everything was great

The air con was most welcome during the hot weather and it was a good sized spacious room. The location was great and Cristiano had plenty of good suggestions for places to eat and things to do. The manager at the property was also very helpful. We came by car and the grifo parking that Cristiano arranged (very reasonable rate) was great. The manager at the property was very helpful and friendly too.

It wasn’t the worst thing in the world, but the bathroom is situated separate to the room, but you are the only occupants on the top floor, so no big deal. There are no blinds to an inward facing large floor to ceiling window, which did mean being awoken by the early morning light. The fridge wasn’t functioning either. We did ask the manager about it, but given we were only there for two nights, there was not a lot that could be done.

Cristiano and Man Lee really made sure to welcome us and made our check-in smooth. It was our first time in Sirmione. We were given instructions to park outside the castle area, about 7 minutes walk away, and then were provided transfer into the castle and to the door of the lodge. The apartment is huge and well equipped. We felt comfortable and enjoyed the castle area with ease. Sirmione is very beautiful and even though it is a small area, there's so much to do and it is nice to stay right there.

It gets noisy during the day but windows isolate well and also nights are surprisingly quiet at night.

The staff and the place was great the location was perfect and the price was great for the stay. They were very accommodating and helped me with recommendations and getting situated in the room early!

The Wi-Fi wasn’t working when I was there and since it was on the weekend no one was able to fix it so unfortunately I had to be on my data, which wasn’t ideal. I also was not aware that the room I booked wasn’t the one in the photo, but it was still very lovely and spacious and I would book again!

Location was amazing, inside the castle town.

Great location, very central position in Sirmione old town. Few minutes walk to harbour to get ferry around the island and thermal spa (recommend both!). Loads of restaurants and shops right outside the front door. We stayed in the attic room which had a large sunny terrace with view of the lake on either side. Very friendly owners who even dropped us to the train station when we left! Thank you for a great stay :)

Nothing. Some people may not like walking up so many stairs to top floor but it was fine for us. Also the bathroom isn't in the room but is right next door and you have the floor to yourself so it's not really an issue.

pretty hard to accsess but superb when there. superb dining all around within 300 meters. Do not have to leave the island north of the castle. except for sight seeing Easy to navigate for a person like me with moderate walking handicap

fridge didn’t work and plumbing in bathroom wasn’t great. when running a bath the shower would stay on. could do with a touch up on paint in the rooms.

The room was very spacious, comfortable bed, big bathroom, exactly like in pictures, also few bottles of water and some snacks. Located in the very centre of Sirmione at the lake.

Beautiful room, large and spacious. Right in the middle of Sirmione and easily accessed. Christian the host was a great communicator and was really helpful with recommendations and advice.

No problem for us but if you are not mobile, there are stairs to climb.

it was the best apartments for the whole Italy)) Thank u so much for Christian, he recommended the really good place for dinner. the apartment is very clean and quiet. 1000% recommend!!!
