Everything was excellent . The room was fully renovated , with modern facilities. Black out curtains was the best so you dont have to wake up when the sun shines :)

Location was PERFECT!! The owner was very helpful and gave us precise directions.

I was assured a room that I would receive a specific room but my assurances were later ignored to provide a different, smaller room, with worse location in building, without balcony. Travelled with another couple who had received similar and multiple promises to receive a specific room in the building and after many assurances they would receive their room as requested, the promises to them were not kept.

There is no signage or help with locating the building. I booked a room with a balcony and windmill view...I did not get a balcony or view. When I mentioned this to the staff (through booking.com, because I never saw anybody) I just received a message back stating that they were having technical issues and unable to provide that room. What?!?!?? I think that should have been discussed before I got there! Also, I don't think they would be able to provide a balcony with a view anyway from the looks of the surrounding buildings. When I woke up after the first night there was a huge puddle in front of my bed/ in front of the dresser (wood dresser, I did not look in because I could only imagine the damage this has been caused). The patio I did have was used by the cleaning people as storage, so when I woke up I wasn't even able to sit out there because of the cleaning supplies. Just not worth it.

Alana appartments are in the Mykonos Chora town and very close to the beach , shops ,restaurants. The room was clean and nice. Some details what You dont found in every place...as brown sugar for cafee and good guality shampoo and showergel !:D Thank You

All good .Just I think that the main door in second floor would be close by key as well. More safe.

loved that it was so close to the beach and the town. sometimes it felt like we were on a ship because you could hear the waves crashing outside. the view was so beautiful too

a new shower curtain and shower head. the water would overflow onto the floor and we would have to make a dam out of towels to make sure it didn’t flood the floor.

no reception or host to no visible sings. no greet upon arrival. too difficult to get in touch with host. lousy communication. I called and left messages plus emails, no reply. not until booking.com called did she answer. in need of better communication skills and prompt replies would be beneficial to the guest!

central, short walking distance to little Venice and the mills. the interior was cute and romantic also there were complimentary tea and coffee.

I was actually cold, as there was only a sheet and no blanket or duvet. I arrived late, so I am sure it could have been provided, if I had been there in opening hours. the water pressure was very low. so not so easy to shower. It is possible to hear the buzz of the city all night long, from music in bars, it has a charm, but if you want silence maybe this is not the place.

There many cat faeces just next to the door of our room. The smell was unbearable and we couldn't use at all the balcony as it was all in ground floor and very smelly. That was putting us off every time we were opening the main door. The wc was small and it was a bit difficult to use it without knocking the head.

Location is perfect. Close to windmills, bus station, main streets, supermarket. Room was clean and spacious enough plus we had a small balcony. They cleaned every day. Great value for money considering how expensive is Mykonos.

The shower doesnt work properly. Its impossible to set the temperature right. Its either cold or extremely hot. Water pressure was bad and at one point we didnt have water at all but think thats down to the island not accommodation itself.
