Great fun in Missouri!! A little humid but should have expected that with SO MUCH water every where. The condo was great. Jennifer was super responsive. Checked on us frequently. With 11 of us, (5 Children) the condo was perfect with lots of room. The kitchen had everything we needed as we all cook. Made great memories! Would recommend!!

This was our 4th time using this condo for our annual family reunion. We know this is a top-tier condo, and it is in a convenient location for our family of 11 guests. We know that the accommodations are excellent, and have been so for each of our visits. No worry about comfort or adequate sleeping and bath accommodations. Stayed in this condo for 4 nights. It was pretty dirty. We noticed right away the extent of it. The carpet was pretty stained in many locations, where the carpet meets the tile from the kitchen there was a big separation where someone could easily slice a foot or toe. The screen on the patio was completely detached from the bottom half which seemed like a hazard for children. It just made the place feel really cheap seeing it flap in the wind like that. One of the bedrooms had tiny hairs on the nightstand which was disgusting. That is a place that should be cleaned after every stay. The coffee maker was absolutely disgusting and had hard water stains all in it. I have Photos to prove all these things. The vent covers were visibly dirty (black) and some of them not even fully on. The bed covers had stains, the towels were dingy looking. the sink in one of the bathrooms didn't drain correctly. The tile was also super dirty when looking at the grout. You could see what the color was supposed to be in the corners of the rooms. This place could use updating, new towels, new flooring or atleast hire someone to clean the dang carpet. I would not come back nor would I recommend this place to anyone. I didn't even want to sit on the couches that's how dirty and grungy this place was. If you're there for a bachelor party then this place is for you, but if you are there for a nice family vacation look elsewhere when it comes to cleanliness. Also for 12 guests only 2 parking spots.

We loved our stay at Emerald Bay! It was the perfect place for two families with 6 kiddos to stay. The amount of beds and bathrooms was ideal for a stay with two families sharing one space. The deck with that view was our favorite place to be during our stay! Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Overall our stay was a hit! Few minor things that would’ve made the stay better such as more towels for bathrooms and a cleaner balcony area as ours was very very dirty. There was a lost shoe in one of the bathroom closets which made us question thoroughness of the cleaning process but overall we would recommend or return! Jennifer was great and easy to work with and we enjoyed the condo for our large family (especially having a bathroom for each bedroom) we will be back!

Went for our first family vacation post-COVID-19 and couldn’t have lucked out more. The condo is spacious (as described) and clean and the patio is HUGE with plenty of seating for everyone. The location is right off Bagnell Dam Blvd and a short drive down Horseshoe Bend Pkwy. Ideal for any getaway with loved ones or friends. 10/10 would recommend!

We loved staying in this condo! It was perfect for a girls weekend getaway. The views are amazing from the back deck. The condo was well equipped and our group of 12 was very comfortable.

Jennifer was very easy to communicate with. Was always quick to reply! The condo was very clean & spacious. The check in and out was very easy. The only thing is the condo rules only allows two vehicles to be parked there. But this is a beautiful condo on the lake & would recommend!

This condo was great! Easiest check in with great communication!! So roomy with great amenities. Plenty of comfortable beds and furniture. Would definitely book again!!

This home was perfect for our family. It was the penthouse so it was on the third floor with stairs but somehow they made the stairs feel easy, no big deal, for climbing up and down to the pool/dumpster. The best thing, was that it was huge with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms but we were all on one floor. What a great layout that gave our family privacy but allowed us to easily spend more time together! It was updated with nice decor and very nice comfortable furniture. The view was breathtaking. Huge deck! We did not have time to grill but they had an awesome grill with a smoker. Every time we needed something they had it. We’ve stayed in other places where they did not have much in terms of paper towels etc…which is understandable but not here, if we ran out of something there was plenty more. We made some really great memories in this home and bonded closer as a family! I highly recommend this condo! Thank you to the Brochomes and the Howard’s! Sorry if I’m spelling that wrong (going off of memory from the book). My seven year old daughter loved the bunk bed and on our last day cried because she didn’t want to leave. The property managers were so awesome, answering any questions asap. They were kind, helping with my anxiety when I couldn’t find the email with the code. I would recommend making sure you know the code and maybe print out the email before you get there. For us, it was a long drive and my cell service was not working well so I found myself in a pickle trying to get my email to open to get inside and had kids that really needed to use the restroom lol. Anyway, for sure, stay here! I would only have one recommendation and it’s a big one and I understand why you wouldn’t make this change but… to turn on the showers was a bit of a challenge but only because of the fancy spout. It’s one of those where you have to pull down/up on a ring at the spout. It’s not very easy to do and had to have my boyfriend help as did the kids but that’s it! We just LOVED IT! Great view

Great condo with great accommodations. This was our 2nd time using this condo for our reunion weekend. Had 8 adults and 3 children. Four separate bedrooms made for great sleeping accommodations for all. May use it again next year. Only shortcoming is that it has parking limit of 2 vehicles on site, so some remote parking may be required for additional cars.

10 ladies in their 60s having a college reunion. Lots of room for everyone in this well-equipped, well-maintained condo. Beautiful views of the lake. Jennifer was very responsive to our questions.

The property was perfect for our family! It was very clean and tidy. Kids loved the pool!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. View is wonderful and Condo was spacious with the four bedrooms. But like most older rentals, a few basic maintenance items seem to go neglected. Ceiling fan on porch didn’t work. One screen on the porch is coming loose. Siding next to the grill was melted. Low water pressure and hot water even though the condo has a commercial sized water heater. Random screws in the walls where pictures used to hang. Bedroom doors hard to open and close due to thick carpet. One of the bathroom jetted tubs was a remodeling afterthought and it’s almost impossible to get in and out of because of the poor design. But if you are the type of renter that doesn’t care about this stuff since it isn’t your place and you’ll only be there a few days, then you’ll be happy with your choice.

The condo was clean and roomy. We loved the view. Loved the four bathrooms. Only thing missing was hot water in kitchen to do dishes. Other then that awesome place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed the facility. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed. Each of the four bedrooms had its own bathroom which was really convenient. Very spacious andaww I give it an A+.

Condo was great place to reconnect with our family after separation due to COVID-19. Our party included 6 adults and two children and we had plenty of space. The large deck was a great place to have coffee in the morning with a fantastic view of the lake. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The pools are small but we’re never crowded and was a big hit with the grandkids. Very satisfied with our stay.

We enjoyed this condo very much. Spacious condo, kitchen well stocked with utensils, and clean. We enjoyed spending time on the porch. Would definitely stay again.

The property exceeded our expectations.

It was a great condo. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. The only 2 complaints are that the mattress on the bunk is horrible / might as well not had a mattress at all. With 10 of us, we had to use every bed. The other thing is that the shower in the “bunk” room did not work..had to use showers in other rooms. If those 2 issues get addressed, we would stay there again. Also, the toaster does not work.

Great condo. Lots of room. Had 8 adults and 5 kids aged 5 to 10. All had fun. Amazing view of the lake. We're some minor issues with a few things not working properly, but overall a great experience.

The condo was so spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend and I am sure we will be back again.

This condo was just what our families needed. Plenty of space for the kids to spread out. Lots of bathrooms, much need with teen girls! Indoor and outdoor eating areas, great kitchen for cooking. We cooked for 10 people for 6 days with no problems. Comfortable beds with plenty of extra pillows and bedding. Comfortable couch and rocker/recliners. (A few naps happened in those) Close to the four seasons resort, where we were able to rent a boat slip for the boat we rented for the week. Our family, boated, tubed, wakeboarded, hiked, fished, played tons of games, grilled on balcony, shopped, and parasailed. It was a great vacation with a great place to come back to each evening. We will be coming back.

Beautiful views of Lake. Lots of room. Cannot have a boat. Cannot use docks which was disappointing. Had to keep boat offsite. Property managers were great.

We really enjoyed this condo, comfortable & well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, pots/pans, towels, and extra supplies in the condo made our stay even better! The large table & chairs on the screed deck was perfect for our big group - we sat outside for meals while enjoying the panoramic view of the lake. The property manager was awesome, quick to reply & handle anything we needed. We plan to come back again!

Eight people from four states shared your condo for a weekend. We graduated from high school together and we had been invited to a party at the lake. We loved your condo. We felt at home immediately and had the place all to ourselves. The accommodations were excellent and we were close to everything. I really think off-season is the time to visit and take advantage of light traffic on the roads and on the lake. Jennifer was so helpful when I was booking this trip. Your condo rivals anything I have seen in Florida. The stairs were a bit daunting for a few of us but the view was worth the extra effort. I recommend this property wholeheartedly. Thanks again.

This condo was exactly what the photos show! It's spacious, has all the comforts of home so you don't have to pack a lot, and is set up for the whole family/crew to enjoy the Lake view. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, including kid's plates, cups, and flatware, and has an organization system that makes it so easy to find what you need to cook or bbq. The bedrooms and bathrooms are up to date and the kid's bedroom even has a gaming system for those rainy days. The outdoor seating area is screened in to allow for a great Lake view without the bugs. However, there is a portion that's not screened in too, in case you'd prefer that. It's also better for photos of the lake and "boat parade" you'll see. The location is convenient and scenic with woods and the lake view. I hope to bring our group back here again soon!
