Location excellent, house very cosy, and met all our needs. Nice welcome pack on arrival.
Had trouble getting in as wrong key code given, but sorted relatively quickly.

Location was excellent. Comfortable space for six of us.
The Aga wasn’t a problem to me because I own one but can see it wouldn’t be good for anyone with no knowledge. The other oven couldn’t be used as we couldn’t find any instructions. Also we were a group of 6 ladies but there were only 3 wine glasses.
Think the light bulbs need to be checked in the bathrooms. Obviously these are special ones as they need to be waterproof rated.

The location of the property was excellent - very very close to the beach and around the corner to cafes and coffee shops. The accommodation was very clean, tidy with bedding and towels for 8 people. The property has 4 good size bedrooms over the two upper floors, each with double beds. The kitchen (ground floor) had an excellent supply of crockery, glasses and cutlery for up to 8 people.
We had to get used to the AGA cooker (which we did), and this meant the property was very hot (on all 3 floors) when we arrived - but this is understandable!
Parking the car was a challenge, but it was early August and peak summer holiday, so a 5 minute walk wasn't really a hardship!

Location & facilities, having 4 double rooms 3 with bathrooms was spot on for my family
Host very helpful got us a new high chair within hours as was missing
Parking outside property long term not possible, expect to be 5 minutes away from property after you've unloaded

Being right by the seafront was amazing . Walking distance to everything needed

Excellent location close to beach, and centre of Cromer.
House was always warm thanks to an Aga in the kitchen. Sitting room, kitchen and bedrooms were all very comfortable.

Perfect location with sea views and central to the town. Beautiful property, very spacious bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and relaxing lounge area. Great to have 3 bathrooms. 5 of us but plenty of space for 8 people. Clean and lovely decor.
We had no concerns or complaints but some people might need parking or more outside area.

Location was excellent but parking was bit of a nuisance with elderly parent, had to drop off and go to car park then return. I think we should have been notified about scaffolding covering next door which was right up against bedroom window blocking view. This was
80th birthday weekend trip and disappointed this was eye sore. Apart from that fabulous house and location.

the house needs a thorough clean - lots of dust - hair and fluff on the bedside tables and soap left in showers from previous occupants - evidence of dog hair on carpets.

the location was fantastic. not too noisy in the day or night, near all the facilities, just what we were looking for.
although a character property, some maintenance required. lights not working, doors didn’t close and shower on first floor unusable as water didn’t drain quick enough. kitchen floor needed a good clean.

Superb location on the sea front. Fell asleep to the sound of the waves. In the heart of Cromer so close to everything within close walking distance.
Parking can be an issue. There is a road a few minutes walk away which is free to park but we found on a few occasions there were no spaces. This was in the school summer holidays so Cromer was busy.
