Well equipped and clean. Within walking distance of all places of interest and shops.

Although itself very bright and welcoming, the apartment is situated in a rather rundown block - such a shame but no reflection on Emma and Mike who have made their guest accommodation very comfortable..

The property is quite nice even though the outside was not nice. Rooms, bathroom and kitchen are good. Wifi did not work most of the time & the check out time was really too early we forgot that it was not the hotel time. Will recommend & will use again but the check out time has to be extended. Thanks

Very conveniently located to the centre of Dumfries for an evening meal/beer, and to Wetherspoons for breakfasts. we used it for travelling to local golf courses over a three day period. Parking on the main road lay-by outside was easy as it was never that busy. Surrounding flats were very quiet. Bed was comfortable. plenty wardrobe space in double bedroom, nowhere to hang clothes in the twin, but space in hall cupboards if required. Wifi was easy to access, and steady.

Nothing to not like. The shower is raised on a small plinth though, so if someone who is staying has any balance issues or is elderly they would need to be careful when exiting with wet feet.

It was clean and neat. All the amenities that you need are available. Although I did not use it, there for a a very large TV in the lounge. The location is great. It took me less than 2 min walk to the Ice Bowl and equal amount of time to walk to the town centre. The flat has ample space and additional walk in closet for hanging up coats. The host response was very quick and friendly and the little welcoming sweet treats was a lovely homely touch.

Was a tad difficult to find at night, but the host is more than accommodating to help me find the flat and point out the directions.

Very good value for money, well kept modern decor, the beds were comfortable, well equipped kitchen. The location also suited our needs since it’s close to the centre and local amenities and is on route toward the Ferryport at Cairnryan where we were headed next. The owners have done very well to make this a comfortable place to stop.

Outside the building looks depressing and very much like your average block of social housing flats but once inside the main doorway to the property was nice and the interior was gorgeous.

The apartment is spacious and the location is good for exploring Dumfries and the area.

There were no chairs and a table to eat so it was either standing meals in the kitchen or plate on lap on the sofa. This maybe alright for a day or two and when you are younger but uncomfortable if you stay longer. Given that there is space in the apartment this is something that could easily be addressed.

Nice decoration and house was nicely done up upon arrival. Owner was forth coming to my questions and helpful.

Location was good but neighborhood is kind of shady and appartement is located near Main Street which was noisy. It’s a pity that the apartment doesn’t have a dining table and chairs.

Loved the location how it was so close to town such a home to home stay very quite neighbours so much to do Robert burns center very close by

The only down side was the couches which are very uncomfortable other then that everything was lovely
