Small refrigerator for such big villa

There is no dryer

The customer service/support provided by the property manager. She was always available online and she is very friendly, positive and flexible. The house has very large rooms and bedrooms. They provided for free shampoo, conditioner and etc. The kitchen has all the cooking tools and equipment. The living room has a streaming tv and games for children. 2 minutes walking distance to the sea

The house is old and might need renovation however it was very clean.

The apartment was clean, the location was good, the price-quality ratio met our approximate expectations. I appreciate the swift and quick answers of the owner of the apartment during our electronic communication.

Despite our fulfilled request to clean the pool from falling leaves and other dirty, we did not have the courage to bathe in the pool due to the visual condition of the water in the pool. The door lock was very difficult to open. A lot of force had to be used to unlock the door.

location was perfect, next to the sea. very comfortable for large groups.

1)A lot of cockroaches, spiders, mice 2) Facilities poorly worked (tv, pool) 3) Mice around the house 4) They knew we would check in but they did not clean the pool and we had to wait 24h to get in (we could not get in because we booked for 1 night) 5) the bathrooms were dirty
