La chambre avec vue sur la cathédrale était très belle. Nous avons aussi pu profiter de la cuisine commune très propre et conviviale.

Le message d'accueil via les messages booking : étant en voyage en vélo, je n'avais pas réussi à voir ce message et des informations importantes nous ont manqué pour assurer une arrivée facilitée (code de la porte, etc.). Finalement nous avons pu lire le message mais une réception ou un accueil en personne aurait été bienvenu.

Maud provided detailed instructions by sms that really helped when we arrived late at night. The rooms were clean. There were mosquito screens on the windows The location of the convent is stunning as are the views of the surrounding countryside

A fan would have been nice - the rooms were very warm

The location was just gorgeous. The staff was friendly, courteous, and most helpful.

A little difficult to get to.

Viviers is an amazing village. Easy parking for vehicles and bicycles. A quiet charm about this building. Beds comfy. Room is a decent size with a nice view. No street noise at night except for garbage pickup truck (church bells stop at 10pm).

Text on the day advised hot water available from 5-9pm and in the morning to 9:30am. Hot water never came. "Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, stovetop and kitchenware." - If our unit had a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, stovetop and kitchenware, we would have noticed... I believe this information is false although as the host never once appeared on sight, perhaps we were not made aware of a secret door to said fully equipped kitchen. Listing also mentions a "shared kitchen" but again, as the host never turned up, we did not know where it was. What could have been such an amazing experience was less than ideal.

Beautiful town and location. Lots of parking outside. Communal kitchen if you wanted to cook.

Quite hard to find, and only accessible by small vehicle as have to go through narrow stone archway. Basic room, less than a roll of toilet paper supplied.
