Walking distance to the beach and downtown. Access to trolley if you don't want to walk. House is beautiful, with nice backyard. Definitely would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Ogunquit! We couldn’t afford a home right on the beach streets, so this location was a great compromise! It was an easy bike ride to Footbridge beach. It’s an easy walk too and helped us get some exercise. :)
Great outdoor space at the house that we really enjoyed: big lawn, hammock, fire pit, and plenty of seating.
2 things that didn’t match VRBO posting: a futon was listed but wasn’t actually in the house, which was a bummer. A BONUS that wasn’t listed though (as far as I remember) was the outdoor shower! We loved it, especially after a sandy beach day!
Some cons: the dishwasher barely worked. Even when we rinsed dishes well before hand, they came out dirty. No disposal in kitchen sink either. Could have used more dish towels too! Also, an animal had got into the outdoor grill which put a damper on our dinner plans. Owner came to clean it out a couple days after we contacted him about it.
Overall, we were very pleased and would recommend this rental!

The house was exactly as described and extremely clean and convenient to all locations in Ogunquit or Wells Maine.
The beach was just a quick ride down the road which could be easily reached via bicycle.
The house has a great setup inside and out including a smart tv and Alexa for music.
The patio and yard is nice and private with a outdoor shower for after you visit the beach.
Ive stayed in this area for over 20 years and this is by far one of my favorite rentals.

We were in need of a last minute getaway for my birthday. We had planned to go to Vegas to see Adele, but when she postponed her March shows due to illness, we decided to go to one of our favorite places (Ogunquit) instead. We wanted a place near the beach and close to downtown, but not too close - the best of both worlds. This place was exactly what we needed! Plus, the house is dog-friendly. So we brought our dog. He loved the backyard and walks on the beach. We all felt very comfortable, right at home.
The house is exactly as described. It's clean and the layout is nice. The beds are comfortable. We cooked all of our meals at the house and the kitchen had everything we needed. Jeff responded to my questions quickly, which I really appreciated, especially since it was a last minute booking.
We were happy with everything about this place. I have a feeling we will be back!

The stay was excellent, The home was very clean and well laid out for family time. The exterior property ameninties were a really nice plus for family time and privacy. A short walk to downtown makes the location perfect in that you get the ability to have quiet while being close to all the action. The property manager communication was excellent and with a nice friendly flair making it feel like we were dealing with friends. Overall a great experiece and we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay despite the rainy weather. Place was clean and had everything we needed. My only ask is to update the listing to include the A/C is a wall unit, not central air. It happened to be quite humid and rainy when we were there and the wall unit downstairs did not cool the upstairs well. Small detail and I know it’s Maine weather, but with our one year old it would have been nice to know. Overall, highly recommend this place.

Felt welcomed the minute we walked in the door! The cottage was so cute and decorated so nice. Everything was so clean! It’s located away from the hustle/bustle of Ogunquit, but yet close enough to get to town and all the activities within minutes. My husband, our dog and I loved it! It was perfect for us. Our brother and sister in law stopped by one night and they remarked how nice it was as well! When we get back to Ogunquit, Jeff’s place is definitely a top choice to stay! This beach house is beautifully renovated, private, and has a great backyard with a fire pit, patio set, and outdoor shower. It is perfectly located a very short car ride from Footbridge Beach and everything else Ogunquit has to offer! Parking at this beach is easy and you can pay by the hour. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Great spot for a vacation!

Jeff's property is absolutely adorable! The attention to detail in the decor and the amenities- from a well-stocked kitchen to the board games inside and the yard games outside- made our stay comfortable. The location is great too! It's close enough to all the action in Ogunquit/Perkins Cove while also being more woodsy and quiet. My friends and I had an amazing visit, and the comfort of this cottage was certainly part of our experience.

We had a perfect time at this beautiful home. It was so clean, new, organized and quiet. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was provided. Furniture and beds where comfortable and bathrooms where so clean and new.

The owner, Jeff, was great with communicating right from the beginning and his house was beautifully decorated, spacious and we felt right at home.
This weekend getaway was extra special because we could bring our pup, Riley Elizabeth. The fall weather was more like summer with 70 degrees so we were all able to enjoy sitting in the backyard and taking long walks on the beach. We actually saw 3 deer come out from the backyard and cross the street. It was a beautiful sight but be mindful when driving on the street. If you are looking for restaurant recommendations we highly recommend Northern Union and Nikanos.

This lovely house was immaculate. Everything is brand new, and the open floor plan on the first level is great for socializing. There’s a great backyard with fire pit as well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This house only minutes from downtown was well appointed and amazingly clean. Everything we needed was right there and can not say enough about the private yard with fire pit and private out door shower. We will stay again in the near future.

This is a fantastically located, lovely, clean, home! We really enjoyed our stay! There is a beautiful backyard with fire pit, hammock, and patio set to enjoy, and the location couldn’t be more perfect with easy access to footbridge beach and downtown Ogunquit. The check-in process was also very easy. Our only complaint was that there was only one bath towel, two beach towels, and no hand towels, so for our group of four we had to go out and purchase towels as well as toilet paper as there was no extra stocked. But other than that would highly recommend this spot to anyone!

We had a wonderful time away in OG. The location of the house was great! From check in to check out! Clean and all the kitchen items you would need. Jeff and family thought of everything you would need being away on vacation. The beach umbrella was helpful as we didn’t bring ours. The kids loved the outdoor shower to wash the beach away! Everything about this house and the owners is top notch! The house is clean and eloquently decorated. The furniture is very comfortable, and the kitchen has all the supplies you need for cooking and preparing meals. The back yard is private and a great place to relax! We will definitely return in the future.

My family and I had a wonderful week at this newly renovated home. Jeff was wonderful! He responded to messages very promptly. The home was clean, well stocked and very homey. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find a brand new outdoor shower which was not in the description. The spacious backyard provided a wooded retreat for our four legged friend as well as a very comfy hammock, beautiful patio and fire pit. My favorite part of renting this home was the Sunday to Sunday stay. We attended a wedding on Saturday so this provided us with a Sunday Checkout and we didn’t have to be out until 11am! Thank you Jeff and family for a great vacation! I look forward to renting from you in the future.

Wonderful Ogunquit Cottage
From beginning to end, I’m so glad I randomly scrolled for a last minute rental. This adorable home has new finishes throughout, is a short walk to the beach and downtown, yet feels tucked away. Large backyard, quiet neighborhood. Jeff is great to work with, answers any question… Will definitely rent again!
