Я часто бываю в Милане и впервые жила в отеле куда хочу вернуться. Идеальная чистота, всё новое, тихо, тепло. Мне каждый день приносили кофе, воду, сахар, молоко, даже печеньки и Нутеллу!
Плита, чайник, кофе машина, сковородка и всё что нужно - всё есть. Обычно я сама покупаю жидкость для мытья посуды и губку, а здесь всё это было, новое и запечатанное.
Халат, тапочки, по три полотенца на человека, зубные щетки и патча, даже беруши. фен и утюг тоже есть.
Педро - самый лучший менеджер какой может быть. каждое утро спрашивал что мне нужно и мне всегда делали больше чем я просила. По любому вопросу всегда помогал. Спасибо ему большое.
Ещё очень важный момент - двери толстые с хорошим замком, можно закрыться изнутри. это очень важно для меня потому что я путешествую одна и мне страшно когда двери хлипкие.

Я ходила в кафе за углом, набирала круассаны и завтракала в номере.

Staff were super helpful, and checked daily to ask if you needed anything and provided promptly. Breakfast box and water provided as needed. Comfortable bed, large bathroom, located around the corner from the Duomo, lift. Secure building. Great location for shopping and exploring the city, metro close by.

Great location near the Duomo, Galleria and many restaurants and brand shops. Room was very clean and comfortable with well appointed kitchen facilities if you prefer that approach.

Location is amazing
There is a big problem with the temperature of the water in the tap of one of the bathrooms. There is no way to make warm water, only very hot. Also the sockets seem to be defective, it is very difficult to connect the device

Next to Milan Duomo . Near shops and near high end neighbourhood of Brera which is less touristic than the crntre with many restaurants and shops.has a kitchenette with stovetop.
Water flow of wash basin slowish. Bathroom big but showed some little wear and tear. Extreme high price for the 1 night. Perhaps due to high season. No lobby.

Fabulous location close to the centre and sites with Metro and tram stops within a couple of minutes.

Because the location is so brilliantly central, you do hear a little bit of street noise so if you’re a light sleeper take ear plugs.

La ubicación es buenísima. La habitación es un apartamento pequeño muy agradable y bien equipado de techos altos. Debajo hay una cafetería que viene muy bien para el desayuno y algunas necesidades puntuales.
Muy ruidoso, da a una calle muy transitada con un ruido enorme. El aislamiento es pobre. No hay limpieza ni ningún tipo de servicio de habitaciones.

I strongly do not recommend staying in this apartment due to serious security concerns. After checking out, my friend and I were eating at the ice cream shop downstairs from the apartment when her bag was stolen. What's alarming is that I noticed the staff from the restaurant next to the apartment had unrestricted access to the building, even though the main door required a key or code to enter. How were they able to get in? I suspect it might have been a coordinated effort because, just before the theft, some of the restaurant staff passed by us, wearing odd expressions and trying to get our attention. Shortly after, the bag was stolen, containing all our important documents and cards. This was truly the worst travel experience ever!

We stayed at property overlooking Duomo. Beautiful bedroom with lovely bathroom, mini kitchenette, wardrobe and small balcony. Everything was pretty, clean and well stocked with essentials. It is directly across from Duomo with great views from rooftop balcony. The staff was very helpful and kind.

The apartment equipment was modern and worked well.
The apartment was very small and there was no room for an arm chair or a desk. There is a rack for hanging clothes but no wardrobe. Our window was covered as there was scaffolding outside due to some recent renovations. We were assured no workmen would be up and down the ladders. Although we booked the accommodation as an apart hotel there is no desk or lounge. You communicate with staff via What’s App.

The place described on booking.com and the website does not match with the actual place. No lobby, no waiting space, no security, no housekeeper staying, not the same address as the showing on the booking.com. be careful with this place!

Location was absolutely perfect, right in the town centre a minute away from the Cathedral (Duomo). Apartment was modern and clean. I also loved the peignoirs.
Bed was not so comfortable (too soft), and the duvet didn't have a cover but was just between two sheets. This doesn't seem very hygienic to meet especially considering the visible stains on the duvet ...

Great location, 1 block from a metro stop and Duomo was so convenient. Room had everything we needed and Ivan made sure if we needed anything it was available asap. Modern finishes and amenities as well as a larger mini fridge. We didn’t get to utilize the living room as such because we opted to make it a 2nd bedroom. But the living room is big enough to relax in if you don’t pull out the bed. Tv in bedroom and living room was nice to have as well. We just used the one in the living room but if you close the door to the bedroom both could be on without interference.
For me the convertible bed was not as comfortable as the actual bed. However, my daughter had no problem with it the 2nd night when we switched.

The property was super lovely, it had great facilities, the bathroom was incredible with plenty of soaps etc! There were bathrobes, slippers, iron, ironing board, small kitchenette with coffee and some breakfast items provided! TV was great with apps available ie Netflix.
Location is perfect right next to the Cathedral and central shopping area. We would stay here again, as it had good value for money and great amenities.
When we stayed, there was no view as scaffolding was up. This wasn’t mentioned upon booking although was told there would be a view! Also, on the final night when we had to be up early the next morning, there was someone climbing about in the scaffolding right outside the window! I messaged the host, but no reply so I went and investigated myself. Turns out, they were starting to take it down at 12am, and this went on for the next 3 hours right outside the window! Would have been nice to know because at first I thought someone was breaking in! Also, maybe wouldn’t have booked had I known that was going to happen!
