Close to the boardwalk & other facilities & especially the beach

Cleanliness is unsatisfactory. Bed linens doesnt seem being cleaned or changed. Good thing we brought our own linens to change. No phones in the room in case you need to reach the front desk. Bathroom/toilet need more cleaning. The building we stayed in needs more renovation touch & facilities need to be updated.

Parking was ridiculous. My room was near the office, yet I had to park on the next street over.

Great location

It was a bit out dated with peeling paint and didn’t appear as clean as I would have liked. I also didn’t enjoy that they were not able to accommodate us parking for an extra hour even through the lot was 90% empty.

The location was perfect. Having free parking available was very good. Room was clean, refrigerator worked

The property itself is pretty worn out. Paint peeling on the outside and on railings. Ice machine broken so I had to buy ice. Just had a feeling of being "tired" and a bit neglected.

Location to the board walk and shops is great you are only a block away.

The resort needs some updating - there are materials mirrors items in all the hallways just laying around

The location was great, close to beach and shops, and to the Seashell Stage for nightly concerts. We loved having a small balcony, and appreciated the coffee maker, microwave, & small fridge. Coffee was available for the machine. The bathroom and main room were clean. All in all, I would love to return.

There are a few things that need repair at the hotel. It is a large hotel, with several buildings, so I believe it is hard to keep up with maintenance. The issues we had were reported to office and they did their best to fix things. I was disappointed that the office is closed from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m., this meant checkout is done by dropping keys off, with no chance to see any staff, and any issues after 10 p.m. went unheard. I did love having a 2nd floor balcony, but because parking for our building is underneath, 2nd floor means 3rd floor walk-up.

I loved how close it was to the beach and the fact that we had our own parking area. The balcony was cozy

The beds weren't extremely comfortable for me, my husband and son slept fine.

The room was nothing like the images I understand some differences but the room was clearly heavily smoked in the walls were gross the bathroom shower head has a decade worth of mold on it and was unusable we could not shower there at all.

They had no ice machine and it was a little pricey.

Very close to the beach, amazing staff (forgot our airpods and the called us right away). Room was very clean and AC helped with the heat! Would definitely book again.

Beds were a bit hard but all in all everything was great.

The toilet kept overflowing, brown water kept coming up from the tub. Room was great just the bathroom was disturbing

No cable for the tv. No smoke alarm. Loose door lock. Hump in the middle of the shower. Bed way too high

The shower head needed a toothpick to clear the holes. Concentrated spray felt like needles.

The room was spacious and clean. The price was reasonable.

The lock on our door didn’t work so we had to leave our valuables locked in our vehicle. The maintenance man came and “fixed it,” but it still didn’t work.

Close to beach

The supposedly clean sheets had sand all over them, dirty marks all over bathroom, not clean! People partied all night above us with load booming music all night!! Against rules, got no sleep and couldn’t even enjoy dirty bed for rest!!!!

No breakfast! No one was available at checkout until I was getting into my vehicle but that was ok. Stay was good I have no complaints at all.

I have no complaints due to fireworks just a little to much traffic and noise but would book again!

It was right by the beach and had respectful employees.

Location to ocean

Everything! The websight said 2 heated pools, one of the pools was the size of my foot and both were freezing cold, the air conditioning did not work, the room was hot as hell, the TV/cable did not work, I had to pull out the bed to plug in the lamp, there was no blankets just a bedspread, we were in a room above the parking lot and employee laundry room that had a constant beeping all day I assume from their washers and dryers, there was loud, excessive partying from upstairs people past 2 AM and no employees attended to that matter. It was gross, outdated and sucked! I asked for a refund to no avail! Check out was at 10 am.....TEN AM.....absolutely ridiculous.....I will never stay there again and tell everyone I know ...do NOT stay there, it's a DUMP!

Being on B Street was awesome. One minute walk to the beach.

 Our showerhead/ mount was broken. It sprayed all of the clothes I had laid out and my phone, which is on the other side of the sink four feet away.  The doors never locked. You could enter easily hours later, even though you had a key fob card seemed like all doors were open for entry.. we tested on another door and overall scary vibe for safety.

The room was updated from a previous stay.

Resort fee of 20.00 charge when it was raining when we booked it and rained while we were there. I don't think we should've been charged for something that was unuseable. I think we should get a refund for that. The buildings are old and worn .The floors creak when you walk or move around didn't bother me but The tenants downstairs were nasty and banging on the ceiling and created fear to move about didn't know if we would've been harmed. Probably won't return or recommend it.
