The location was nice. It was far enough off the strip that the crowd noise was non existent.

The view from the balcony was wonderful!
Did not like hardwood flooring. It’s cold and can’t comfortably hang out sitting on the floor with NO CARPET. Plus it was slippery. We were sliding everywhere with socks on. The bed was like a box and the headboard was unattached, so it banged against the wall with any movement. Difficult to get hold of staff. Left message on phone and no response. Finally got through on their website email. I was really disappointed. The facilities list indicated ‘carpeted’ - And the windows were dirty. geez, that’s not cool when you pay for the view.

They were nice at first. When I got seriously ill just before arrival they offered to change our reservation date. But when I tried to make the change they stopped answering the phone. I liked how nice they were before they stopped being nice.
Got pneumonia just before arrival. They said they would be happy to reschedule our stay but then refused to answer the phone or return messages after that. We had planned this trip for a long time. My wife and I lost all our money.😥

I liked the contactless checkin. The telephonic communication was direct and timely. They did exactly what they said they would do during booking. They even told me about an upgrade available to let me have an ocean view. Waking up to the sound of rushing waves was a treat.
I had to find a different plug for the microwave but, it worked fine after that. I would put out a better sign for drivers to see when approaching the entrance. It was hard to figure out which partal I was supposed to turn into in the dark.

Off season makes it hard. Couldn’t even find a breakfast spot. Arrived at 7 pm and had to be out by 10 am was rough. Had to find somewhere to go to enjoy the day. Loved the cleanliness and decorating of room.

Liked the view of the ocean, off street parking, having a kitchen area, bed was comfortable.
Thought it would be much nicer for paying $300 per night. Couldn't really hear the ocean over the noise of the heat/AC unit. Bedside lamp and lampshade are falling apart, couch needs to be pitched (too low and hard), pillows need to be replaced, comfort-height toilet would be appreciated, normal height chairs would be appreciated inside and on balcony, much nicer bath products, etc. It should also be noted in the description that beach access is not immediately off the premises due to a long retaining wall. There was no staff on site over the weekend until Monday when we were leaving. Room safe was locked and could not get into it; called for assistance and never received return call. Assisted upset guests who never received their access information codes with phone number to management.

Perfect location, right across from the beach. Close to all the shops, restaurants along the beach. Staff extremely friendly, reached out to try to switch rooms with another guest due to party size. Fantastic stay, happy wife and kids.
