First time we have used VRBO. It was easy and we really enjoyed our accommodations

Clean, beautiful location.

We got a text half an hour from town that we were being upgraded to room 3! Beautiful, cozy and so clean. We never got to meet the host or his dog but we did take the suggestion to have dinner at the Tavern Inn. Glad we did.!

Very good inn in an excellent location in the small town. Owner met all our needs. Property is quant but had everything we needed.

We were completely delighted with every aspect of our stay here. We were a little apprehensive when we arrived in the small town and the drive around, but that was completely diminished by the proprietors and the place. FABULOUS! Highly recommend.

Lubec is a charming little town. We lived our stay there.

Updates and clean

Inn was in an excellent location. Room was well appointed. Host was very accessible and responsive. The only problem was that the room was very noisy our first night there when we had the room above us occupied by very loud and late guests. Noise carried very easily through the wood floors and we heard ever discussion, trip to the bathroom and shower (which, if it was a shower, sounded like a power washer on our ceiling). Next night was great -- no one else in the inn and the last night was also nice with quiet guests above us. I would ask for one of the rooms upstairs if there will be other rooms occupied.

An excellent experience. Would highly recommend. The host was kind and thoughful. The room was spacious, new, clean and nicely decorated. The Inn had a great breakfast and outside area with games. The kids and I loved it. We plan to return.

Great experience! The inn was right in town walking distance from several restaurants. The room was very cozy and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Lawn games (cornhole, putting green) and outdoor furniture added a great touch!

Patrick has done a great job with this VRBO property. Great location! We had to leave at 4am, and he even got up to put the coffee on. Nice home base for day trips.

What a wonderful place to stay! Very clean rooms, located right in town and close enough to other points of interest for us. Most importantly for us, was that we were able to bring our dogs.

This was a great location to stay for a quick 2-day getaway to Lubec. Right on the main street, an easy walk to brew pubs, coffee shop and the harbor. Literally, a drive down the block and you can get onto the bridge to Campobello Island, if you have your passport with you. The guest house is renovated beautifully, and everything is new and super clean. The breakfast/snack bar is fully stocked. The windows open for a wonderful ocean breeze and views across the bay. I only have one small negative comment and that is that you can hear everything in the building at night (when all is very quiet in Lubec). I am a light sleeper, so the person in the room above me woke me with clearly heard footsteps over my head at multiple times overnight. Not much sound insulation. But, we did have a very enjoyable stay!
