Location was perfect, close to the port (1-2 minutes away and most of the islands restaurants. The local family who own and run the hotel were very kind and friendly, had some nice conversations. Quiet location (island is generally quiet, minus a few louder restaurants far enough away). Our room was immaculate clean as they have higher standards here than most hotels we’ve stayed at in Nicaragua. The air conditioning in our room was nice to have. Hammocks in the shade were great. Yard is very well maintained and manicured. We felt safe staying here. They also stored our bags for us after check out while we killed time before our Panga ride back to Corn Island. Nice hotel, kind people there. We’d stay here again and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Great location, big and spacious rooms, we would definitely stay here again!! Also someone came to meet us at the port to take our bags.

The electricity turns off between 6am-1pm - but this isn’t a huge issue if you’ve had the AC on during the night and it didn’t wake us up before 7.30/8am every morning.

As well as the great room, fastidiously cleaned every day, there was - a pool table, an outside shower available to remove sand before going back to the room, hammocks in the lovely garden, and very friendly helpful staff.

Wifi was only available in the common area. a would have been convenient to get connection also in the rooms but we were told this will be the case very soon.

Louise and Caesar are the best people, so nice and friendly. They really made this hotel special! The rooms are very clean and very well equipped for the price. I had a really nice trip to little corn island and I wouldn't wanna be staying elsewhere if I went again.

Caesar was a joyful presence from greeting me as I checked in, hands on or supervising all aspects of operations, checking on me and all of his guests and responding to every request in real time. The property isn’t merely clean but well maintained and closely supervised.

Images and description are accurate. There were no surprises or disappointments. Island generator is turned off daily 6:30 am - 1:00 pm. This is clearly communicated. The hotel’s convenient location makes it easy to grab morning coffee or breakfast when power stops.

Perfect place in little corn with very comfortable and clean rooms. They have a big garden area with very comfortable hammocks as well as a big room with billiard. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Our room got cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided. The location is perfect - right next to the pier, beach and restaurants.

this hotel is amazing!! location is 1 min walk from all the best restaurants, next to a swimming beach, they cleaned our room every single day! air con was amazing and very rare on the island, and there’s even a pool table room upstairs. can’t recommend enough! best hotel on little corn!

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, especially for that price. The staff is super helpful, they really take time for you. We had to leave one night earlier than expected due to a hurricane, and the lady of the hotel got up with us to give us a refund for the one night. We didn't even ask for it! We can't reccommend this hotel enough!

My room was very comfortable, clean and cozy. The beach and pier are about 2 minutes walking. Louise was very kind and advised us on the places on the island that we could visit, I really hope to come back soon to disconnect from the busy world again and sunshine will definitely be my first choice to stay plus the prices are very affordable
