It was easy to find, a view of the Bay as well as beach. We were able to see Sunrise on the Bayside and Sunset on the beach. Beautiful. Everything was really clean, loved that it had everything to feel at home. Great restaurant close by if you didn’t want to cook. Shopping is all around. Mall is about 15-20min. Publix is a few minutes away. A few minute walk until your feet touch the sand ❤️

Nothing major, we all loved the room, we would definitely stay again Just a small hiccup with getting in our room. The code has to be fixed because the code given did not get us in. We went to office and they were more than happy to help so glad office was open at 4. I was a little worried when I found a few things damaged later that evening but I sent pictures once I noticed (bathroom sink faucet knob was off and sliding door from living room to back balcony lock was Broken) I didn’t want them to think we did it. We did have a gentleman ( probably in his mid 20’s) who kept knocking on our door late at night and early in the morning 2x and kept saying he was sorry he had the wrong door. My husband was with me so he took care of the situation not sure if the gentleman was mentally disabled but it was odd that it happened and continued

Along with someone already occupying the unit, it would have to be the complete lack of support I received from booking.com as well as Vacasa property management. I could not find a support number to contact booking.com. It took several calls and long wait times with Vacasa to get a resolution. I was given a complete runaround for about three hours. We were downgraded and never compensated in any way. I understand mistakes happen, but make it right. I am giving these awful ratings in hopes the owners of this property, Vacasa and booking.com, will see what a disappointment their services were.

Location is perfect. Walkable to coffee, beach, bars, restaurants.

grounds are lovely… saw manatees… stayed on second floor also- like fifth floor view better

no place to hang clothes in the guest bedroom! I had to buy something to hang over the door. Needs to be a wardrobe in there. Also difficult for a couple to sleep in bunkbeds - twin beds would be more useful.
