The location, building, size and wifi

There was an eggy drain smell that we could not get rid of and it was not clean under the bed- plus a used glass had been left on the bedside table.

The location right on the canalside was fantastic! We loved the decor and feeling of the high-ceilinged living room. Having a coffee maker in the kitchen was great too.

It would have been better for us if the 2nd bedroom had 2 singles instead of a double. Our 2 kids didn't like having to share a bed... We managed to spike our toes on the carpet grips on the stairs a few times, which wasn't great.

Everything clean good location and the owner was amazing this is a lovely property lovely people and amazing stay credit to Emma the owner she could not of been more helpful thankyou lorna Atkinson

I love everything

Good clean apartment, very handy location for shops, pubs takeaway etc.

Central Heating timer was difficult to get working properly. We put out bin for collection but blue bin was overflowing due to noone taking responsibility or knowing to do so

We usually stay at a hotel but we couldn’t get the dates we wanted then we found this property on booking.com. It looked great so we thought we would give it a try and was not disappointed we would definitely stay at this property again.

The location is perfect for the canal walking we were doing. Close to the town centre and bus and train stations. Good bars and restaurants close to the house.

No microwave but the hosts did say they would be getting one. One of the bedroom windows didn’t open.

Fantastic location with a beautiful welcome gift, the owner couldn’t have been more helpful & the bed linen, bath towels etc were such high quality! Can’t wait to stay again soon
