Właściwie to nic

KATASTROFA!!! OMIJAJCIE TO MIEJSCE!!! SYF, SYF, SYF!!! Rezerwując "apartament" na stronie booking.com są informacje: 1. dostępny prywatny parking. Po przyjeździe i kontakcie z właścicielką okazało się, że jest parking w cenie 40 zł za dobę ale i tak nie jest dostępny ponieważ Pani już nie ma na miejscu i nie zostawiła pilota ??? bo też nie ma komu, tu nie ma recepcji tylko jest budka z ochroniarzem parkingu!!! I jeszcze pretensje właścicielki, że trzeba zapotrzebowanie na parking zgłaszać wcześniej. 2. apartament zawiera jedno łózko pojedyncze i jedno podwójne. W rzeczywistości łóżkiem pojedynczym jest łózko polowe a łóżkiem podwójnym rozkładana sofa z IKEI. Ale to dopiero początek niespodzianek. 3. Na oknie w pokoju na jednej części okna wisi coś podobnego do firanki, na drugiej zawieszono wymiętą szmatę. 4. KUCHNIA: suszarka do naczyń ma chyba 100 lat - zardzewiała, wszędzie brud, grzyb - STRACH CZEGOKOLWIEK SIĘ DOTKNĄĆ. 5. ŁAZIENKA: brudna toaleta, pęknięta umywalka, grzyb!!! 6. Smród jak by wybijało szambo! 7. Wiszące na przewodach kontakty w łazience oraz światła w kuchni! 8. Mieszkanie nie typu studio, tylko kawalerka ze ślepą kuchnią w przedpokoju. 9. Stan mebli i sprzętów nie do opisania- w lepszym stanie wywoziłem na śmietnik. W kuchni w szafkach stare kable, kontakty i ogólnie syf. 10. BRAK KLIMATYZACJI

Taking into account all the previous reviews on booking.com (very little kitchen supplies, keys are not in a locker but under the doormat, window blinds are broken - so you have direct sunlight from 4:30 in the morning during summer months, there is no AC available and the host in fact doesn't speak any english) then the flat meets the expectations. Check-in was contactless and without any problems. The flat overall was very clean and quiet.

The announcement states that parking is available for 35 PLN per STAY, so we confirmed upfront that we want to book this parking spot. When we arrived, no remote for the gates was provided. So we texted the host about parking and he demanded 30 PLN per DAY, so 180 PLN (40€!) for a six days stay from us! Only payable via BLIK, a polish payment service that has to be connected to a polish bank account. I honestly felt scammed, especially since guarded parking right in front of the building costs 15,60 PLN per day, so half the price the host demanded. Since the host was not cooperative at all, we called the booking.com customer service. They were very friendly and helpful, but it took them two days to convince him that his announcement clearly states that we have to pay only 35 PLN for the entire stay. Overall this chaos ruined the stay for us.

Great location, owner was super responsive and nice, apartment was relatively clean and without a lot of unnecessary items.

False information on key location (website said locker, but it was actually under the doormat) which lost us some time looking for it. Door lock doesn't work - had to lock it with the key from the inside. Window blinds not present on all windows and the one closest to the bed was faulty and kept falling down (once at night, waking us up). Moreover, the cups in the kitchen that were put away on the drying rack were still dirty (brown tea stains, easy to remove) - if the price was lower and I was informed beforehand that I would need to clean them myself, I would be fine with it.
