open plan kitchen living room with floor to ceiling windows across the room and views of the harbour, mountains and the sea .

the glass windows and balcony balustrades across all three rooms were filthy dirty with bird poo and muck from many moons ago ..past reviews flagged this and the response was, they should have raised the issue and would have been cleaned. well, I raised twice on messaging via booking.com, and once on phone with Sykes. nothing was done. I even offered to get a local window cleaner to do it, but the lady on phone said she would sort out. photos available - completely destroyed the view and what would otherwise have been a pleasant stay. The high cost paid is mostly for the location and the views. very unhappy. see photos for yourself.

daughter was in a wheelchair with broken leg ...we did manage to m ove hger wheelchair around. sitting room being open plan was easy. steps to get on terrace though

Well equipped and well cared for property with a fabulous views through wider windows from the living area and main bedroom. Big balcony too.

The apartment was lovely and the view was incredible. Amazing location. Instructions were perfect to access property. Great little cafe downstairs and the walks either way along the cliff were great.

Apartment situated in a Great location. Parking was very convenient. Excellent views from the balcony. It was good to have all the equipment you could need including washing machine. Comfortable bed and TV had amazon / netflix accessibility

Windows of apartment and balcony were filthy when we arrived which spoilt the fantastic views available. We cleaned apartment windows and paid for someone to do the balcony windows. There was nothing else that we were unhappy with. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Apartment was clean, well equipped and was a in a great location within West Bay and also for exploring the surrounding area

The windows and the glass balcony could of all done with a clean as the view looking out from them wasn’t as good as it could have been
