provided the wrong address for check in. Provided 921 Cameron Street, but the facility is located at 923 .....just next door, but it forced me to call to figure out what was wrong.

The location. Cleanliness. Furnishings.

Wrong address given in confirmation. Called the number, it took awhile to sort it out. There is a beeping noise that comes on and off we could not figure out. It's a bit annoying. Coffee filter should at least be provided. Unless I missed it.

lack of supplies. I knew in advance that the owners were not supplying many items. However, a small gift type basket with coffee, filters, and a few others items would be nice until the guests are able to locate a store. Also, to dress up the unit, I would suggest to upgrade the bed linens and towels. Location was nice and the overall unit was good. just needs a little more appeal if unit is be offered as an option to a hotel stay. we would rent again. thanks.

The location of this property was amazing. And the price paid on Booking.com was the best value we could find.

We were told the wrong address in the communications from Booking.com. It is 923 Cameron, not 921. Luckily the person at 921 was home and could direct us to the right property. Also the property did not provide many basic conveniences-- such as coffee. Given that it was FREEZING out, it would have been helpful to have such basic amenities.
