Enjoyed our stay will be back next summer!!!

Pros: The beds upstairs were big and comfortable, garage for parking, right next to the pool, plenty of towels, washer/dryer in unit, close to the beach and nice community. Cons: Cookware/dishes/silverware were not clean, all the balcony and patio doors were hard to lock/unlock and open, we couldn’t get the balcony door in the living room to open at all during our stay. Accessing the garage was not convenient, would be nice to have a code to open the garage door. Would have been nice to have some board games available. Silverware was limited, would be nice to have a full set. Response from management team via text was slow but they do respond.

Location! Close to the beach! Wonderful! All rooms having their own bathroom! Nicely furnished! Pool was amazing!

Very spacious ..had everything we needed and close to everywhere we wanted to go! Rooms/ restrooms were clean and perfect for our large family, which included teens, preteens and smaller kids. Definitely recommend for a large family vacation home! (7 people in ours)

We loved the townhouse and location, not far from the beach. House was real clean no problems.

House was really nice and clean. Loved the amenities it offered. The a/c wasn’t making it to the downstairs bedroom and we couldn’t open the door to the third floor balcony. Only real negative was inconsiderate neighbors. Those with kids were in the pool really early and others were partying loudly outside well past midnight. People kept parking in the alley, which made it very difficult to get in and out of our garage.

The house is well decorated for a beach holiday, very durable and easy. Nice location near beach and nice neighbors. Be sure to plan for small stuff that are usually included. There are no coffee filters or salt and pepper for example, nor any extra blankets. There are plenty of towels which is nice! The property management company is responsive but it wasn't clear how they actually take action. We reported a few repairs that are needed however never got a response or acknowledgement.

This place was the best I have stayed at so far! Highly recommend, pool was great, not far from beach, and it has everything you would need just like you were at home! 10/10!

We loved the location most of all. So close to the beach and the property was very quiet. The home itself was very comfortable and accommodating for the three of us. Clean and the property was very helpful and quick to respond to all my questions. We have stayed twice and you cannot beat the price. I was hesitating because it was I expensive but we were very pleased and happy with our stays.

This place is great and the location is perfect. The condo is large and well equipped. It’s clean and comfortable. Each room as it’s own closet/bathroom and also a large patio over looking the pool. The pool is beautifully lined with well manicured palm trees. The beds are comfortable. The location is right across the street from the beach. Also Close to Island Market and good restaurants. I can’t wait to stay here again.

We were happy with this place could have been cleaner. There was hair behind the bathroom toilet (2nd floor) on the patio side. And underneath the kitchen sink had mold and the plywood was all yuk! With a silver bowl. Not sure why it hasn’t been addressed. the carbon monoxide alarms kept beeping!! We had to unplug both of them they were going off at all times of the hour! Pool was the BEST! Very quiet and peaceful area. I would def go again but I would stay at another suite. That mold underneath grossed me out!

Great location for a relaxed family vacation

Overall this property was OK, with several caveats. First I'll go into the positives. The location was great as was the overall communications with the property manager. Also overall the place was decently clean. Finally, the pool was a definite plus! The negatives were lots of small things that this property manager should address, see list below -Broken garbage disposal, been broken for a while and they know about it, hence the bowl of disgusting filth water under the kitchen sink. -Upon arrival 2 of 3 exterior doors, which overlooked the patio's would not open. -Upon arrival, the smoke detectors in the house were chirping -Although we booked a week-long stay the previous renter must have filled up the outside garbage can, and we had to ask the property manager to assist as we had no place for our trash. Also, we had to ask for more items such as trash bags. -Multiple trash items, such as used Capri Sun containers were left under the couch. "Found by our dog of course..lol" -Shower curtain in master was torn.

Very nice condo with 3 stories and each story has a balcony or patio. VERY GOOD AC throughout. Good hot water and pressure and nice furniture & appliances. The pool here is nice. It was nice having access to the garage which was not stated in the listing. Short golf cart ride to the beach. Smart tvs and ceiling fans in all rooms. The coach in the living room was nice for the kids. It turned into a large bed. Lots of room for our family. Nice area with fishing, restaurants, beach, & shopping close by. Quiet area as well. Maintenance guy was awesome checking if we needed anything. We had no issues and very happy. I would recommend a water hose and bbq grill for this place.

We enjoyed the pool, easy access to the pool form the bottom bedrooms. We had a leak, the leak was coming from the upstairs bathroom down to the AC vent. Leaking to the second floor kitchen , we notice the leak when my baby niece slipped and fell. I called so someone can stop by and take a look at the leak, no one stoped by as they said they would the next day. Very enjoyable that each bedroom had its own restroom, we loved that. With the leak we were down to two showers. Over all we had a great time.

We were pleasantly surprised as to the size of the unit. Especially since my dad and stepmom couldn't make the trip due to contacting COVID right before joining us. So it was just me, my wife, daughter and our puppy. Plenty of room with the smaller downstairs bedroom going unused. The 2 king size beds were nice and comfortable. The unit is also in a nice quiet neighborhood. When we first arrived, one of the toilets broke (the flapper inside the tank - a simple $5 part). I called Vacasa and they said they'll try to send someone, but probably won't happen until morning - which was fine. But no one came, so around 11am I called and they said they'll send someone that day. Again, no one arrived or even bothered to call to say they couldn't make it. We felt that was inexcusable - very poor customer service. Was I supposed to run out to a hardware store and fix it myself??? Also, the pool was rather dirty, but that didn't stop our 9 year-old from swimming. In addition, the doors to each balcony stuck very badly to the point that the 3rd floor door was impossible to open. Overall, it was a pleasant experience despite the few minor exceptions.
