We were displaced by Hurricane Ian. We needed a place that was close enough to our daughter's school in Lemon Bay so that we could ensure she had some normalcy during this disaster. We found this place and thought it would be fine for us for the time frame we needed. WOW, were we in for a shock. What we found was a place that was absolutely lovely. We were so comfortable and we work from home and we never skipped a beat with our work. The Host was truly an angel sent to us at a time when we were in need. She was so kind and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The neighbors were kind and concerned for us. I know ours was a visit of need, but I would recommend this place to any vacationer. She had games and beach chairs and pretty much anything a vacationer would need or want. The host was absolutely AMAZING and the property reflected that. Thank you for being our angel in the eye of a storm:)

I have done short term stays before but never long-term until now and Heidi set the bar really high! From the moment we entered “our” property, we felt like we were home. I had a few questions in the beginning and Heidi replied instantly. The condo is in a perfect location. Beautifully decorated yet not overdone. Literally has everything you need with top notch appliances. Coffee filters, household supplies, Beach supplies including a cute cooler, shelling baskets and water noodles…the list goes go on and on. This was also a first time for us in a first floor unit. I must say, the second floor noise is minimal and what we heard is expected. The neighbors surrounding the condo we’re all amazing and friendly. The new grill on the property was a bonus! We just loved our stay there and can’t wait to return.

This apartment is exactly as described. Great location, close to beach and walking trails. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We stayed for a month and loved every minute of it. Roger and Bev

It is very clean, comfortable beds and pillows, new stainless appliances, air conditioning perfect. Location is 5 minutes from beach. Neighborhood great for walking. Easy access to highways for travel. Heidi is a great manager of her property. Any questions I had she would quickly respond. I highly recommend her condo.

Wonderful property very close to the beach! And Heidi is a terrific host. She thought of everything! Definitely would come back!
