friendly staff

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was good and the portions were really generous. The place itself is really clean and comfortable. Big thanks to Anna, who always responded on time and was extremely helpful throughout the process, and even before we arrived in Phuket.

The bathroom was a bit small

Anna on reception is very helpful and dealt with everything related to the "Test n Go" program, perfectly. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need for a comfortable, trouble free stay. Breakfast is great and the hotel rents motorbikes which makes getting to beach and around the town so easy.

Nothing

the bed was so hard, i think it would of been comfier sleeping on the floor. there was no lift so had to carry our suitcase up ourselves. restaurant downstairs wasn’t very good, food was okay but not amazing. staff didn’t speak any english. we gave them our clothes to wash and more then half of the clothes came back dirtier with black marks all over them, when we told them they told us that we had put the marks on them (this resulted in having to throw away over £100 worth of clothes as the satins didn’t come out!)

Small but clean. Only stayed few hours but for the price u can find better

Small balcony- not worth upgrading for. Had to wait for owner to be checked out as the other employees couldnt give us deposit back

No elevator, no pool. In the bar and reception could be air-condition
