The room was incredible! Really spacious, comfortable bed and one of the most beautiful bathrooms we’ve ever seen in a hotel room. Friendly and helpful staff. There’s a happy hour every day by the pool.
You can tell this is a boutique hotel. For a 5-star hotel, it’s lacking when it comes to amenities and facilities. Some of the services feel more like a 4-star hotel. The breakfast doesn’t have many options and runs out quickly.

The keemala is good for taking photo only but reality na quality of service and living the moment is disaster .
Staff not understanding English properly. Every minute you need service, or something you will struggle and they will make frustrated when they will not understand your proper language . Also the pool is with no heater so just take photo with pool but you will not be able to swim. Access to room or entire hotel will break your back because the golf car is not easy to manage in such environments and hills. Breakfast has no wide range of selection and staff are not speaking english. It is very difficult to stay in it especially when it is raining, you will take severe

Keemala exceeded all of our expectations! We had the most wonderful stay here. The staff are extremely kind and attentive. The villa (tree house) was absolutely stunning, clean, and in mint condition. The food and complimentary gifts were always delightful. This was the single best property we visited in Thailand. Would definitely visit again!
Lack of noise proofing. At night, the rain sounds could get really loud and almost scary. Make sure to get earplugs with you or ask the hotel to provide some.

Small, but very well maintained. The gym has everything you need and it’s open 24/7. The breakfast was good, but what I was really impressed with was the room. We stayed in the clay cottage and it was wonderfully designed.

The private pool and the bathroom are great! The Breakfast is beyond our expectation too. All the staff are very helpful and polite and makes you feel comfortable.
The price is quite high in Phuket area even though the resort itself is very high grading.

beautifully designed and lovely and quiet
we had a lovely stay but was sadly let down on the last day when we want to leave. There was only one man and his buggy transporting people from their villas ( this was in total contrast to the other days when there was plenty). It was disappointing as we were at the reception earlier and they could of informed us of the lack of staff that day but they didn’t.
We were very late leaving ( we were heading to the airport) with our driver waiting for us after we had to walk our cases down the very very steep road/ pathway by ourselves. very disappointing for a “luxury resort”.

there were geckos!
someone from the staff knocked once on the door, then entered!! freaky!!
we had three different ppl knocking on our door within 20 minutes from arriving to the room for different reasons.
check in had to take place at 3:00 PM.. which wasn’t nice considering we had to check out from the previous hotel at noon.

The service was outstanding and the rooms very well done.

Loved the location and general setting. The room was lovely, main pool was stunning. Generally the food in the restaurant was very high quality too, and the staff were all lovely and very attentive.
Our only gripe was the view from our tent villa could have been better.
