Il personale è molto garbato e accogliente. La posizione della struttura è davvero buona per chi deve raggiungere il centro, la metropolitana dista 8 minuti a piedi dall’hotel e in circa 20 minuti si arriva a times square. Il quartiere è tranquillo e presenta molti ristoranti. L’hotel ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli anche dopo il check out gratuitamente.
È presente il frigorifero, un microonde e un bollitore dell’acqua se dovesse servire
Un giorno le asciugamani per il corpo erano macchiate.

La ubicación cerca del metro , 10min andando. La ubicación cerca de la calle 30 llena de bares y restaurantes 10min andando. La habitación amplia muy cómoda con nevera y microondas.
Al llegar la habitación estaba limpia, a lo largo de la semana solo cambian toallas y hacen la cama. No limpian el suelo ni el baño.

A comfortable and clean hotel in Queens. We were satisfied with the size of the room and the cleanliness. There is adequate parking in a paid lot next door to the hotel. We were very satisfied with our accommodations and staff were super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Small and basic but comfortable and clean rooms at a great price in Little Egypt/Astoria. Close to the subway and a great area with good food. Free street parking is available in the area too! I've stayed here 3-4 times and will keep coming back for every NYC trip!

Convenient location for our planned activities. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and larger than most NYC hotels. Quiet at night except for an expected siren or two. Safe area with $20.00 per night parking next door. We would definitely stay here again

The room was clean, modern and had nice linens and towels. Very close to buses and a ten minute walk to the subway. Great cafe Espresso across the street for breakfast.
There was no way to hang up coats - no hooks, no cupboard. The mattress was hard. The location is noisy and a bit sketchy.

The room is decent, the location is great, there is amazing food near by. Getting to Manhattan was easier and quicker than i thought.

The facilities are good, there's a good mattress, and a microwave if you want to heat something up. Friendly staff.
The only thing was the walk from the closest subway station to the hotel. If arriving late, better to take an Uber!

The location was definitely the winner. Despite we thought it was a little far out we realized it was a super cozy area with a lot of life and very easy to get to the station and directly to Manhattan within 35 min. The room at the basic stuff you need including an okay bed, bathtub, microwave, hairdryer, TV, etc.
When we arrived to our so-called “deluxe room” it looked “tired”. Several scratches on the walls, and dirty (hairs on the floor, dust and some sticky on the table), so we ended up keeping our shoes on must of the time.

Metro station is 9-10 minutes walking and bus stop 1 - 3 minutes walking
TV has netflix and a lot of channels
Option from La Guardia airport to go to metro station with free bus, and then arrive to boulevard station + walking to hotel.

Guest service in the morning quick and kind majority of the days
Guest service in some night shift was not so good and call me at 10:30pm with my child sleep asking for my name.

The sensor in 5th floor near to our room turn on and off in the night,distracting at sleep

Our only problem was that the thermostat in our room didn't work

Location was good- equidistant from JFK and the things we wanted to do in the city.
Blanket was covered in crumbs and hairs and also just a cheap throw blanket. We ended up sleeping with just the sheets because the blanket had obviously not been washed. Room smelled like feet. AC ticked loudly during the whole stay making it hard to sleep. Staff was mediocre.

all the charm of a prison cell. Not a decoration in the place - no paintings, no plants, no nothing except dreariness Terrible smell of smoke. Sheets were filthy. I ended up sleeping on top of the bed.

Nice room with comfy beds.
Very noisy. Guests in the nearby room were very noisy even though we were around midnight. Besides, noise from the street could be heard during stay which made things very uncomfortable.

The room was clean, and the price was affordable , i like the location near LaGuardia Airport. 5 min walk to the train station.
Too noise , its a commercial street , so some nights were noise, first day I couldn’t sleep at all.
