This property was even nicer than it looked in the pictures. Blocks from the beach and shopping but on a quiet street. It was a perfect getaway.

The four bedrooms worked great for our group of two couples and two teens. The house was exactly what we were expecting, walking distance to restaurants, the beach and the pool if we wanted to go there. It was a good spot for us to walk and run around the island too! The dining room was a great spot for puzzles!

Perfect home with please of breathing room. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to weather but the property was clean and beautiful. Highly recommend.

The home is beautiful and big, but I think there should be more window shades in the master bedroom since you are face the front of the house.

We booked a last minute trip to Savannah and this house was perfect for four women. Plenty of space, elevator was a great touch. Beds were comfortable and it was in a great location to the beach/Tybrisa street. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the morning. Sunsets at the river were so great and we also rented a golf cart to get us around. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a really great time at this house. It’s super clean, open and convenient to the restaurants and beach access points. We rented bikes, one with a trailer, which made things even easier. I would definitely stay again if available next time.

Beautiful property, spacious, and well designed!

My family, 6 adults and 2 children 2 and under, had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful home. The bedrooms were the perfect size, two of which had their own bathroom. The home was very clean and furnished with attractive pieces. The kitchen and family room allowed us to make meals while still being included in what was happening with the rest of the family. We enjoyed sitting on the deck drinking our morning coffee and evening cocktails. The location to restaurants, the grocery store, coffee shop, beach, and River were unbeatable. We’ve told many families about this gem of a property. You will not be disappointed if you decide to stay her. In addition….the closet by the upstairs bathroom housed many games and puzzles. The garage had a cornhole set and beach toys. We appreciated being able to use these things. Lastly, the kitchen was well furnished.

Lovely property itself, easy stroll to the beach for sunrise and chillax, and two minute walk to the Savannah River for sunsets. Great location. Decent beds, lumpy pillows, only one set of towels (bath, hand, & washcloth) per person on the reservation, no condiments or cooking staples (e.g. oil, salt, pepper, etc) in the kitchen—also no food storage containers, foil, etc. Also, no recycle bin available on site, only trash can—so you need to drive recycling to the city drop-off location. There were four beach chairs on property, but two were broken. Easy check-in/out with the property management and access to a neighborhood pool that is a short 0.3mi walk. Would recommend the property for families and groups of up to 8 people. ✌

The home was gorgeous and had everything we needed. Check in was easy and southern belle was responsive to questions. The home is. Great location- walkable to restaurants and just a few blocks to the beach. we loved it!

A fresh and beautiful home in the quiet of an established neighborhood with locals and vacation homes. Even better than the description on VRBO. Though we enjoyed our activities with our extended family, we all agreed we could have stayed at the house and luxuriated in the space, amenities, ambiance. I wished for several more days to simply BE. Read, puzzle, take walks. Chat with more locals at the small beach down the road. Employ the kitchen. There’s a fenced back yard we never even had the opportunity to use. A game of cornhole/horseshoes/volleyball would be fab. Maybe a few more items in the kitchen: leftover storage containers, foil/plastic wrap, standard spices. Great cookware.) Even the laundry room is a step up. Finally, a washer without an agitator! You will not regret choosing this lovely home. You’ll only wish you could enjoy it more!!! Did I mention the huge sunken bath? I so wanted to luxuriate in there. The wonderful closets for keeping suitcases out of the main room? The deep tiled showers; two with windows for natural light. The elevator for heavy luggage and coolers. Privacy and long wide halls. Nice garage. Good parking on the driveway. So much to say on its behalf. Maybe add a few soft lap blankets and an acre a few pillows with less loft/density. This place will only continue to evolve into THE place for families and groups.

This was a girl's trip celebrating my 60th birthday. I along with 4 friends stayed for 4 nights. The property was gorgeous; very comfortable and accommodating.

The house was absolutely beautiful. 3 couples…3 floors… everyone enjoyed themselves!! Room to gather and room to spread out! The house is just as pictured, great location!! We definitely recommend staying here and we will definitely stay here again!

This is a new home that has been beautifully decorated and well maintained. The home was clean and had everything that we needed during our stay. We were 30 minutes from Savannah and a few blocks from the beach. The rental management company was very attentive and checked on us via text during our stay. We were very happy with our choice.

We went to Tybee to throw a wedding for my daughter and new son-in-law. The home is just as pictured. It's very clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the coffee maker and that was immediately fix and the dishwasher didn't work, but I imagine that will be fixed promptly.

The house is incredible. It’s location is top notch, the rooms are large, and hang out areas made it a wonderful place for socializing. We loved it.
