The breakfast was excellent and had many choices. The eating area was very roomy and comfortable.
There was a strong smell of perfume in our room. It was unbearable and we tried to get a different room, but one wasn’t available. I am highly sensitive to scents so it was very difficult.

We were staying for wedding trip. When we entered the hotel, it smells so good and it was very welcoming. Breakfast was amazing.My husband really loves it! Kitchen staffs kept checking food and cleaning. Waffles was awesome! Swimming pool was very clean and our room was quiet , clean and spacious. Washroom amenities were so good. All hotel smells their own amenities(called zero) We didn't want to go outside . We could stay at hotel all vacation. :)
Bed was comfortable , sofa, chairs and all stuffs are pretty new I felt so comfortable. (I want to buy the same chair actually) We will definately come back!
We heard door shaken like somebody trying to open and shake it on Thursday and Friday. During weekend it was ok.

I came with a friend so we could swim, the heater was broken in the pool, pool was freezing and I could not swim, was offered an upgraded room with a balcony, was charged and paid for a room with a balcony, Hotel has no balconies and hotel room door wouldn’t close properly.

The GM dealt reasonably with our complaint
They didn’t take away the dirty towels or clean the room and when we requested they do they did a poor job making the bed…worse than that one of the hotel front desk staff came and opened our door at about 1am and then realized my husband was sitting at the desk and at that time he quickly left and my husband saw him rushing to the elevator…very creepy

Miranda and Ali were amazing! The room was perfect and clean, the location was great as it was close to tim hortons, restaurants and wal Mart. Staff went above and beyond, super friendly! The break fast was tasty!

The hotel is new so everything was in excellent condition. I also love the location. My daughters loved the pool. I think all hotels should add a “games room” to their list of amenities, it would be a great investment

The sausages at breakfast the first day looked uncooked but were better the next day. They didn’t have orange pekoe tea. One person said we could bring our granddaughter to swim and another person the next day said no.

Beautiful rooms and atmosphere! Breakfast is what you would expect staff are very friendly!. Pool is awesome just wish it opened earlier. Over all our new choice for stays in midland and possible other places.
Only 1 thing I don't like is pool start time is 8am most hotels are either 6 or 7am. It's kinda hard when you have 2 toddlers that knows there is a pool and wake up at 6am and all they want to do is go swimming lol. Trying to keep them quiet while others are sleeping is not easy. But over all A+
